But all files and records aside, do I think he is dangerous? Yes. Do I think he is manipulative? Yes. If you go in knowing the truth, you shouldn't be concerned.

He's of no threat here and when he's guarded. That doesn't mean I don't think about it though. It's a potential threat that is being moderated.

From all that we've gathered about the Capitol. The right price means that this information never gets out. He was arrested and put under suspicion but it was never confirmed.
