“The baby sister of Penny Proud is a baby no more. Cece Proud has joined the cast ready and willing to push the limits. Aside from school, she’s been dedicating a lot of her time to being a YouTube personality. Her strong following on social media is a strong indication her popularity. But don’t be confused, she’s far from an Instagram Model. She’s here to show that not only her talent but her intellect goes way beyond cute pictures and videos. With dreams of taking the broadcasting industry by storm as the next Katie Couric, broadcasting and journalism are really what brought her to college. Holding down a million and one jobs to make everything she wants actually happen all while balancing being young and poppin’, she’s ready to do whatever it takes to make her dreams a reality. There is one thing that Cece has a hard time keeping tame: her love life. Once totally against the idea of a relationship, she’s now committed and trying her best to brush off her single ways but the temptation of old flames are definitely at work.

Bebe Proud — Fraternal Twin Brother — They’ve been inseparable since birth, Bebe and Cece always have each other’s back through everything. Their only downfall sometimes is that they’re too protective of one anther. Although Cece likes to remind Bebe that she’s older (by 2 ½ mins), he still acts as an older brother to her. Even though he can be a tad overbearing, Cece appreciates this trait in her brother. Bebe & Cece are partners in crime.

Penny Proud — Older Sister — Having an older sister can either be a relief or a burden. Cece isn’t exactly sure which one Penny would fall into but nonetheless, they’re sisters. She knows Penny has her best interests at heart but sometimes she feels as though she oversteps boundaries at times causing them to butt heads.

Basil Jones — Best Friend — Due to Penny’s closeness to Dijonay, Cece spent a lot of time around her siblings. She grew especially close to Basil. They had the average childhood friendship; from Cece’s puppy love for him to falling out over little things to sharing secrets. Their intense bond sometimes causes them to bump heads but they seem to be inseparable. Besides Bebe, Basil is one guy in her life she knows for sure has her best interest at heart.
