In a sudden bombing, my home was destroyed, and the place that once brought my family together became nothing but ruins. I lost several members of my family, and I, my wife, and my daughter were injured, leaving us with deep physical and emotional suffering.

After losing my home, my job, and my only source of income, I became unable to work because of my injuries. My responsibilities became greater than my ability to provide. Today, I live with my children in a small, worn-out tent ⛺ that does not protect us from the heat of the sun ☀️, the cold of winter ❄️, insects 🐜, or rats 🐭 that have become part of our daily struggle.

Even the little food we manage to get 🍞 does not remain safe for us, as the rats eat it, and my children cannot eat it afterward. We are living in extremely difficult conditions, trying only to survive through fear and hardship 💔.

The tent where we live is located near the yellow line, and we have nowhere else to go or a safe place to shelter. It breaks my heart to see my children suffering while I cannot provide what they need 😢.

They say the war is over, or that it has calmed down...

But in Gaza, the bombing continues, evacuation orders keep coming, and families are still being forced to flee from one place to another.

Here, not a single day passes without fear, and not a single night without waiting for what may come next.

▪️ Shelling: Airstrikes and artillery bombardment continued across several areas of the Gaza Strip, particularly in the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City and eastern Deir al-Balah, resulting in people being killed and injured.

▪️ Evacuation Orders: The Israeli military issued new evacuation orders for areas in the Zeitoun neighborhood, including residential districts and areas west of Salah al-Din Street, forcing dozens of families to flee once again.

▪️ Displacement: The targeted areas witnessed another wave of displacement, as families were forced to leave their tents and the few homes they had left in search of safer places, despite the absence of any truly safe shelter in the Gaza Strip.

We are sharing a reality that is being hidden; our lives are still difficult, our suffering continues, and the war has not ended for us.

Believe us… what we live through every day is far beyond what words and images can describe.
