Today was just a day for bacon.

SNICKERS Cake:

Chocolate Coffee Cake, Caramel Peanut Frosting, Covered in Chocolate Ganache and Caramel Sauce, and Topped with Peanuts.

My first homemade cheeseball, & let me tell you it was SO good!

Just made my first batch of Turtle Cupcakes! (:

Be warned! This recipe is SO easy and packed FULL of protein, you'll DEFINITELY be making it more than once!

What I love most about recipes like this is the leniency to add in whatever veggies and legumes you like and leave out the ones you don't. If I had spinach, for example, I definitely would have added it in here!

Here's my list of ingredients for this particular batch:

28oz Crushed or Diced Tomatoes

2 cups Chicken Broth

1 cup Water

15oz Garbanzo Beans -drained; rinsed

15oz Kidney Beans -drained; rinsed

15oz Peas -drained

1 cup cooked Lentils -drained; rinsed

1 cup cooked penne

1/2 Onion -chopped

2 Celery Stalks - chopped

1 cup chopped Carrots

1 Green Pepper - chopped

3 tsp Garlic Salt

1 tsp Basil

Black Pepper to taste

This is good for lunch or dinner after a grueling session at the gym for a good & healthy protein restock for weak muscles. This exact recipe has over 50 grams of protein!

What To Do:

Combine all ingredients in crock pot EXCEPT penne,

Set on low 8 hours.

Cook penne & add to soup just before serving.

Enjoy!
