π¦ mary stops running and instead studies you, though she's still wary. you're so tall she has to crane her neck to look up at your features. you don't seem dangerous, at least not at first glance. your human traits are what intrigues her, and the therapist in her yearns to know more about whatever you are, if you have feelings
π¦ "what are you?" she asks, though you don't respond, seemingly unable to speak. mary's fear dissipates bit by bit and she finally approaches you. she would ask you more questions about yourself, about this strange place, but still you aren't able to give answers, instead you just make low noises deep in your throat as you tilt your head at her
π¦ she talks with you - rather, at you - for a bit longer before continuing on to try and find clark, the entire reason she came in here in the first place, and you follow closely behind her as she continues to explore. she's wary of you still but doesn't deem you as a threat, so she continues searching for clark while you wander after her
