Choose your size  Pick Standard (under 182 cm) or Large (182 cm and above) based on your height for a better fit.  

Attach to your chair  Place the clamp around the centre stem of your office chair. Tighten it using the Allen key provided.  

Set the right height  Adjust so your feet rest flat and your knees stay at a comfortable 90° angle. Lock it in place.
