I have messy hair and don’t want to make my bed. I think I am spending too much time with 2nd graders. 

Photo summary of my day 

I was just at the grocery store to pick up some fruit, Albertsons is 5 mins away, supposed to be a short trip. Everything is fine until I get to the check out line and this old man realizes he is overcharged 1 whole dollar and makes a fuss out of it. So the cashier apologizes and tries to change the prices but needs a manager to override it (something I know is common since I worked in retail). BUT the manager is nowhere to be found and they have this other worker run around the store looking for him. 5 minutes later, the old man is rambling on about how Stater Bros is the best store and that he wants to call the head honcho at Albertsons and tell them how much that location sucks. He gets so fed up that he leaves. I’m stuck waiting for 15 minutes until finally the manager arrives, but the whole time I try to stay polite and calm because I know how much working in retail/food services sucks and I don’t want to make it any crappier for the workers. Plus yelling at someone rarely fixes anything.
