if i may be vulnerable for a moment, today was a rough day regarding veganism. Its been pretty easy until now, I wish I was one of those people that just stops craving all together. I have close to zero options of anything, everything is so limited. I still wont eat animal products but damn why does everything have it? and also, i probably wont be able to eat my boyfriends cooking again which is kinda sad. im not looking for advice like oh just break up with him, theres no way in hell i would do that. so idk i feel like if anyone sees this i might get crucified, yall come live a week here see how you like your options. again, i didnt eat animal product, i wont eat them, im 6 months sober of cigarettes so i can handle a bit of “withdrawal “.

why do people from america (from what i can see online) develop such cult following of celebrities or politicians?

i think i might need to get an official diagnosis and move on with my life, im just tired of appointments and having to open up

i feel so anxious and paranoid, im exhausted, and everyone is tired of my problems. im tired too, im so tired. i wish i could be fine but i dont feel safe anywhere or at any time. i dont find refuge in most people around me and honestly i dont really want to. im tired of explaining every single aspect of my life. if it wouldn’t be for my therapy appointments i would just stay inside like a hermit and rot away until university starts again. im so genuinely tired
