Florence is a small town on the Oregon coast, mostly white with a strong population of retirement folks. Today I was pleasantly surprised to find myself with 100 people protesting police brutality on the a big vein of highway through town. It was a pretty awesome time and enlightening for the sleepy little town. Folks bounced in handing out artfull, colorful signs and the vibe was high. I'm grateful to report that business has been hoppin despite all kinds of challenges. I have lost the fabulous organic natural white organic cotton (hopefully temporary) due to Corona shipping issues and because of this, I opened my mind to colored pads and am using the exact same fabric in pink and lavender.
