As we continue to evolve our beautiful spa... We welcome @saltability!!! We are more than ecstatic to have changed out our basalt stones for beautiful Pink Himalayan Salt Stones. Every massage room now has a beautiful glowing bowl with 18 stones, as well as our nail room, which has a bamboo tray of stones and manicure domes. There are so many benefits for our clients and our team... We look forward to you all experiencing these and really understanding the true meaning of relaxation. Feeling bloated and out of energy lately... time for a reset! Today I started my day with a beet root and apple cider vinegar drink, instead of a sugary coffee! That first change made my entire day change... two big shakers of ice water and a big salad for lunch. Next was a little ME time, out shopping!!!!! As hard as it is, I know I need ME time once in a while. It's not selfish... It's better for everyone you are around if you take care of YOU, at least once in a while. #MEtime #LiveWELL
