hey yall a bit of an update on my situation

last monday, i believe, i went to the docs yall can read here on why

i talk with the doc,we sat down and talked about the situation,like what was goin on with me and how i could try to control the constant panic/anxiety attacks i have he gave me tips and such to help when i begin to feel anxious and scared and start to hyperventilate,some apps as well that help its been helping just a bit,but im like still having the attacks i was supposed to go in for a follow up like yesterday,but i go the times wrong and completely missed it and had to reschedule to monday ( sigh) with this follow up im supposed to be getting a physical while also talkin to my doc again to get some meds to the anxiety and panic attacks so thats the just of it i also wanted to make this post because because of me being in like pain because of the attacks i can jus barely get commissions done that was supposed to be finished a month ago (im still so sorry to my commissioners who are still waiting ;;; m;;; im tryin my best to get them done!) so once again im askin for help from yall donations,any amount you would like to toss my way,would be so much appreciated i still have to pay bills and also if i do get the meds i most like have to pay for em because i have no insurance
