I think that everyone was excited to see odric come back, but like why did they make a card that is so bad for him? Like a guess a 3 mana 3/3 is fine but his effect is just so eh. He had potential to be so much better. “When you attack wit 3 vampire, do X effect” “At the begenning of combat on your turn, each opponent loses life equal to the number of keywords among creatures you control. You gain life equal to the life lost.” Etc. Hell, even if they kept him the same and gave him a keyword so he at least enables himself! I don’t think it is unheard of for a boros creature to have haste or vigilance. Long rant but man am I disappointed in it. 

Imagine having a keyword literally called “investigate” and then you print an investigator, and then you give him nothing to do with clues. He is still a cool legend but damn, what's up with that? 

I feel as though they are more or less worse clues. At least a clue just nets you a card while blood tokens force you to rummage (discard then draw). Sure the 1 mana is a nice cost but I feel as though clues are pretty much always going to be better outside of like, madness or self discard decks. 

Why does a set about vampires have better werewolves and wolves than midnight hunt? Like seriously, we have the wolf that shocks multiple targets, we have the 1GG wolf that makes spells cost less. Even today, we get a wolf that gives your permentants hexproof and gives all your creatures 2 +1/+1 counters on attack. Small Rant but man does this make no sense.
