Welcome to not so innocent salted popcorn. Where Iâm trying to write a book but other things (ahem this) & film reviews keeps getting in the way of it.
I started writing on here properly in November 2022 after doing some shorts & some custom stories on other social media pages. Iâve finally found my stride now. Please donât be a stranger, all feed back is welcome, but I already know in the past few months I have grown more in confidence in writing all of this. Hopefully you will find something on here that you enjoy.
All feed back is welcome, please let me know what you think. Itâs always really appreciated. Thank you all for reading
Each post comes with its own warning, but please donât read the majority of these if you are under the age of 18.
UPDATE DECEMBER 2024
Iâve learnt thereâs a limit on links per post, who knew? Also means Iâve written a lot so I will slowly be creating each person a page for all their fics, just click on their names or the post marked masterlist for them.
I also used to have a film review podcast that you can find here or here . Spotify changed there formatting so itâs currently on hiatus. Might be back in 2025.

I genuinely donât know what to say. Iâm completely shocked and honestly a little overwhelmed that my little corner of Tumblr has reached over 10k likes.
Every single like, comment, reblog & message means so much to me. The fact that so many of you choose to read my stories, get invested in my characters & support my writing is something Iâll never take for granted.
If Iâm being completely honest, this has given me a huge confidence boost. Itâs even got me thinking that maybe itâs finally time to start contacting publishers about my novel.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you for believing in my writing, for cheering me on, & for giving me the confidence to believe in it a little more myself. Hereâs to many more stories & to many more Pedro dreams.
How dare he look this good. Like how dare he however it got the creative writing juices flowing. So here we are with a new fic for Harry
Synopsis:- Harry takes you away to paradise for a spontaneous holiday but unfortunately work is taking his attention away from you, so you need to remind him of why he is here.
Word count:-2900
Warnings:- DO NOT READ IF YOU ARE UNDER 18! PIV swc, oral sex, cowgirl, teasing, swearing, spoiling, teasing, jealousy, over indulgence. If you read my Harry fics at Christmas this could be an earlier chapter to it.
Thanks for reading peoples. Itâs always appreciated
Spontaneous wasnât a word you associated with Harry. Driven, competitive & loyal were far more appropriate. So when he came round to yours one evening and, after giving you yet another mind-blowing orgasm, casually asked, âWhat are you doing from Monday for the next ten days?â your head was in even more of a spin.
A few phone calls & emails later, you found yourself at the airport, relaxing in the first-class lounge before boarding your flight. As you sipped champagne, Harry happily explained the difference between the various types on offer while you smiled, amused at how effortlessly he seemed to fit into this world.
Being a career man, Harry spent the first few hours of the flight responding to work emails before finally closing his laptop & turning his full attention to you & the incredible service onboard. You were on your way to Chile.
Most couples took a mini break when things started getting serious. Usually that meant a long weekend in the Hamptons or the Florida Keys.
Not Harry.
Harryâs idea of a romantic getaway was ten days in one of the most beautiful countries in South America, spoiling you rotten & treating you like a queen.
Your jaw dropped as the doors to your private clifftop villa swung open.
Staff appeared to take your luggage & insisted they would unpack everything for you. The private chef introduced himself & asked about any dietary requirements before explaining that every meal could be tailored to exactly what you wanted. Then the housekeeper offered to book you a massage to help you recover from the long flight.
It really was paradise.
You happily accepted the massage while Harry stepped outside to take a call from one of the partners at his firm.
âLast call, I promise,â heâd said with an apologetic smile.
That had been mid-afternoon on the day you arrived.
There had now been two full days since then.
When you woke up the following morning, Harry was already on the phone discussing finance. Every time you caught his eye, heâd smile, hold up a finger and mouth, One minute.
That minute never came.
On the second day, a Teams meeting stretched from breakfast well into lunchtime. Youâd tried distracting him by sending a few rather suggestive photos from your sun lounger, smiling to yourself as you hit send.
Nothing.
Youâd even wandered past the open doors of his office in your favourite swimsuit, deliberately taking your time in the hope heâd glance up.
He didnât.
Harry was one of the most hopeless romantics youâd ever met when he wanted to be.
Right now, though⌠Any chance of romance, or even five uninterrupted minutes of his attention, felt utterly hopeless.
So here you were on the third day, slipping off your sundress before stepping into the infinity pool in your red tie-up bikini.
Cool. Calm. Unlike the slow-building frustration bubbling away inside you.
Harry had eaten breakfast with you that morning before receiving a couple of texts. After that, heâd gone for a run while you listened to music, eventually deciding to head out for a mid-morning swim.
You were halfway through your sixth length of breaststroke when you caught him arriving out of the corner of your eye. He peeled off his sweat-soaked white running vest & tossed it onto a nearby lounger.
Heâd been working out more recently. Not that youâd ever minded the little softness around his stomach, it was part of what made Harry, Harry, but since youâd started dating heâd toned up, lost some weight & become noticeably more defined. It was one hell of a view.
He lowered himself onto the edge of a sun lounger, draping a cold towel around the back of his neck as he caught his breath.
Smiling to yourself, you slowly began swimming towards him. Maybe now youâd finally get your boyfriend back.
His phone vibrated. Without hesitation, he picked it up.
âCastillo,â he answered instantly, leaning back against the lounger.
You couldnât make out the conversation, only the steady stream of âYes, of course,â & âAbsolutely,â that followed.
âOh, for Godâs sake,â you muttered.
You pushed yourself away from the poolâs edge much harder than necessary. Your leisurely breaststroke became an aggressive front crawl, your feet kicking harder with every length, sending water splashing behind you.
The voice in your head was just as relentless.
âWork comes first.â
âHeâs only able to pay for this because he works so much.â
âMaybe this is just what dating Harry Castillo is likeâ
âMaybe heâs not interested anymore.â
âAt least the sex is goodâ
Each thought was louder than the last, no matter how hard you swam, you couldnât seem to escape them.
Eventually your arms began to ache. You rolled onto your back & simply floated, staring up at the cloudless Chilean sky as you tried to slow your breathing.
After a few moments, you turned your head.
Harry was still there. Still sitting on the lounger. Still looking down at his phone. He clearly seemed to be waiting for another call.
You sighed.
Then⌠An idea crept into your head.
Slowly, a smile spread across your face. If Harry was determined to keep staring at that phone, perhaps you just needed to give him something far more interesting to look at.
Decision made, you took one final breath before swimming towards the steps. Confidently taking your stride. The water streamed from your shoulders as you slowly climbed out of the pool, the Chilean sun instantly warming your skin. You ran both hands back through your wet hair, squeezing out the excess water before letting it fall around your shoulders like you were a Bond Girl feom back in the day.
Harry was still looking at his phone but the patter of water disturbed him & he looked up.
His gaze froze. The phone left on the other lounger.
A slow, unmistakable smirk spread across his face as his eyes travelled from your bare feet to your face. Taking in every second.
âWellâŚâ he murmured. âI wasnât expecting that.â
You folded your arms with a satisfied smile as you turned to walk his way, your chest glistening.
âIs this better than looking at a screen?â
He laughed quietly.
âOh, sweetheartâŚâ His eyes flicked briefly to the phone before returning to you. âIt is considerably better.â
âI was beginning to wonder.â
âI can see that.â
You took another few steps towards him, stopping just close enough for him to catch the scent of your sunscreen mixed with chlorine & Whats was on the breeze.
âSo,â you said, tilting your head, âhave I finally managed to get your attention?â
Harry looked you up & down once more before giving a small nod. His shorts betraying him.
âI donât think I could look anywhere else if I tried.â
âRight answer babyâ
âIâve always been right you knowâŚâ
You raised an eyebrow.
âI wouldnât push your luck.â
âOh?â he asked, his grin widening.
âNo. Youâve spent two days making me compete with your work even though weâre in paradise.â
Harry opened his mouth to defend himself. Before he could say a word, the phone screen lit up with a text. You grabbed it before he could, swiped it to silent & turned it upside down on the other lounger.
âThere.â
âNo phone?â
âNo phone.â
He looked at you for a long moment before a boyish smile crept across his face.
âI supposeâŚâ he said, ââŚI can live with that.â
Before you could reply, his hand slipped around your wrist. With one gentle tug, he pulled you towards him & his hand tugged at the knot on your top.
You gave a surprised laugh as you lost your balance slightly, landing in his lap before then peeling the bikini top off to expose your breasts & moving to straddle him.
âThereâs my siren,â he said softly.
âFinally.â You mumbled back. Your lips connected deeply, tongues intertwined. His hand cupping your breast as you started to grind on top of his lap making him even more responsive. Making the kiss more passionate. Making the moment more intense with only one destination.
âI was wondering when Iâd get my boyfriend back, no point having paradise alone.â
Harry couldnât help smiling.
âIâm not going anywhere babyâ he moaned & tugged at the sting on the bikini bottoms. Your hips already rolling knowing that pleasure will soon be yours. You lifted sightly so you could shimmy off his shorts. Extremely happy he had been commando underneath.
His hands held you in place, and he whimpered.
âYouâre always beautiful, sweetheart, but right nowâŚâ His breath caught at the sensation of you sinking down slowly as he filled you up, watching the euphoria wash over your face. It took him a moment to remember to speak. He was bewitched by your look of desire.
ââŚFuckâŚâ he moaned again as you rolled for the first time and started to touch yourself. ââŚyouâre a goddess.â
A guttural moan escaped his lips. He couldnât stop touching you as you straddled him and ground against him, his own hips matching yours. His hands went from your thighs to your breasts, even trailing the water that dripped from your hair from swimming down your body. Whenever they reached your clit, he made sure to stay there a beat longer.
It made your eyes roll back. It made your own rhythm faster. It made the pleasure intoxicating.
Neither of you cared if the staff walked in or if people in another villa had binoculars to spy on you. You were one, making love. The smell of the pool, sun lotion, sweat & sex aroused you both. Your hands matted in his happy trail. Your mouth hungry for every kiss. His hair, usually pristine, now a mess from desire. His breath inconsistent. You could feel his heart race. You could feel each thrust. Each second felt like a minute of pleasure.
Making love was easy with Harry, & the climax was no exception.
He pulled you down on top of him. Quick squelching noises would have been heard if you werenât both moaning and kissing. Flesh was grabbed as he hit that magical spot again and again, & after one kiss, when he bit your bottom lip, that was enough.
Your orgasm pulsed through every nerve, almost an out-of-body experience, which you rode out before he then screamed out your name one last time & jerked, cumming deep inside you. Almost stuttering to a halt.
Sweat from your exertion now covered you both, along with the midday sun glaring down at the sight beneath it.
Two naked bodies tangled together in a mess, smelling of sex, exhausted but covered in pleasure.
For a long moment, neither of you spoke. The only sounds were your breathing gradually settling & the waves crashing against the cliffs below.
Harry rested his forehead against yours, brushing a damp strand of hair behind your ear before stealing another slow kiss. Glowing in a moment of bliss.
âYou know,â he murmured, smiling against your lips, âthat was a very effective way of getting my attention.â
You laughed softly.
âI tried talking.â
âI deserved that.â
âYou did.â
His thumb traced lazy circles against your hip as he looked at you, a softness returning to his expression. The sweet man who dotes you emerging from the firey passionate man who just made you cum.
âIâm sorry.â You tilted your head & looking into his big brown eyes, they were pleading for forgiveness. âFor making you feel like work was more important.â
You studied him for a second before gently brushing your fingers through his now thoroughly messed-up hair.
âI just wanted my boyfriend back.â
âYouâve got him now babes.â
âIâd better have.â
âYou do. You have all my attention nowâ
He leaned in to kiss you again, lingering just long enough to make you smile into it.
âIâve missed this,â he admitted quietly.
âSo have I.â
You settled against his chest, listening to his heartbeat finally returning to normal. The warm Chilean sun bathed the terrace, & for the first time since youâd arrived, everything felt wonderfully peaceful. Just you & Harry. In love. Soaked in sweat & happiness.
Buzz! Buzz!
Harryâs phone began to ring.
You both looked towards the abandoned lounger. Harry groaned dramatically, letting his head fall back.
âItâll stop.â
It didnât. You raised an eyebrow.
âIt could be important.â
âSo could this,â he replied, tightening his arms around you. The phone continued to ring. With an amused sigh, you slipped out of his embrace & reached across to pick it up. He squeezed your bum as you did.
âIf this is another work call,â you teased, glancing back over your shoulder, âyouâre buying me that handbag Iâve been saving for.â
Harry chuckled. You didnât want to rely on Harry for gifts & money, but every time you saw that bag he said heâd get it for you, like youâd say you were getting coffee for a friend.
âDeal.â
You smiled to yourself as you accepted the call.
âHello?â
A polite voice answered immediately.
âGood afternoon. Am I speaking with Mr. Castilloâs partner? Weâre just calling to confirm this eveningâs private dinner reservationâŚâ
Your cheeks instantly warmed. You didnât really hear the rest of what they were saying you just blinked at Harry.
âOhâŚâHarry was watching you with a knowing smile, having an idea what this was about.
âI think⌠this is for you.â
You held the phone out. Harry chuckled, taking it from your hand.
âHarry Castillo speaking.â
You watched him listen for a moment before replying.
âLetâs go with the Krug⌠yes, thatâs perfect. Thank you. Weâll see you this evening.â
He ended the call and placed the phone back on the lounger.
âSoâŚâ he said innocently. You folded your arms.
âSo?â
âIf weâre having champagne tonightâŚâ he teased, âwhich one do you think youâd have picked?â
You couldnât help laughing.
âI thought youâd been ignoring me for work.â
âI know. I had been but then I felt guilty.â
âYouâve been planning all this?â
He nodded.
âWeâre going to the best restaurant in the city tonight, I want it to be perfectâ
A grin spread across his face. You could tell there was more to come. Harry was not good at surprises.
âAlso What if I told you I mightâve managed to turn our ten-day holiday into two weeks?â
You blinked.
âWhat?â
âI may have pulled a few strings.â He gently brushed his fingertips along your arm before leaning in to press a soft kiss beneath your jaw.
âConsider it my apology.â Another kiss. His hand wandering towards somewhere more intimate, the brush of his fingers made your breath hitch.
âI wanted to make this unforgettable.â
You smiled, unable to hide it. Your own hand caressing his chest.
âWellâŚâ He looked up expectantly. âI suppose Iâd better ring my work & ask if theyâll let me disappear for another four days.â
Harry laughed.
âI had a feeling that might be your first question little miss over thinker.â
âI donât exactly own a firm. I have only a set number of days leave.â
âNo,â he said with a smile, âbut if anyone deserves a little extra holiday⌠itâs you.â
You laughed, shaking your head.Harryâs grin widened.
âSo About thatâŚâ
You frowned.
âWhat do you mean, about that?â
He wrapped his legs around you & you lay flat against him. Listening but knowing you were both once again becoming aroused.
âI may have made a couple of calls.â
Your eyes narrowed.
âHarryâŚâ
âI spoke to your manager yesterday.â
You blinked.
âYou what?â
âI explained I was trying to make up for being a terrible holiday companion for the first few days.â
âYou werenât terribleâŚâ
âI was glued to my phone.â You couldnât really argue with that. His smile softened.
âThey were happy to help. Your leaveâs already been extended. Provided my company assists theirs in a few thingsâ
You stared at him for a moment before laughing in disbelief.
âYou organised my annual leave without telling me?â
He shrugged with a sheepish smile.
âI had to make sure youâd say yes.â
You shook your head, unable to hide your grin.
âWell I mean what was I gonna do fly home economyâ he laughed at that before wiping a stand of hair from your face. He cupped it & looked at you.
âSweetheart, your now a woman of luxury, Iâd never let you travel like thatâ
You slowly lowered your head & captures his lips in a tender kiss. It got hot & passionate, tongues fighting for attention, hands in each others hair. Feeling his penis get hand beneath you.
âyou gotta taste for it now babyâ
âOf whatâ you say as you kiss his jaw line.
âOf the best things in life, of the sweetest things I can get you.â
âI have a taste for it do iâ he nodded as you sat up & scooted down his body & the Sun lounger taking his penis into your hand. He gasped at the touch instantly.
âMaybe I like the taste of a few thingsâ you said with a wink before licking all of the length before taking him into your mouth.
That afternoon where you thought you would be ignored for work & emails, turned out to be nothing but unrequited attention & you both sun burnt as your sexual exploits continued on the Sun lounger.
We may not have a release day for Behemoth yet but doesnât mean we canât imagine Alex playing his Cello for us all.
Synopsis:- Youâve only been dating Alex for a little while but tonight you see something in his penthouse youâve seen before.
Word Count:- 1300
Warnings:- emotional intimacy, heavy flirting, seductive atmosphere, kissing/make out scene, rich lifestyle vibes, musician Alex, tension throughout, praise & confidence dynamics, soft suggestive content, Star Wars references/music references throughout, romantic manipulation in the hottest possible way, âhe knows exactly what heâs doingâ energy, staying over implications.
Thank you all for reading. I hope this lives up to the hype & is like Alex ehen we eventually meet him.
Youâd told yourself, you wouldnât stay too long. That was the agreement, at least in your head. In & out. Polite. Normal. Nothing complicated. Youâve only just started dating.
Alex had other ideas.
His penthouse apartment was quieter than you expected. Not empty. Just⌠intentional. Soft lighting. Clean surfaces. A space that felt lived in without feeling messy, like everything had been placed exactly where it belonged.
âYouâre staring,â he said, kicking the door shut behind you.
âIâm observing,â you corrected automatically. Instinctively taking your coat off.
âThat sounds like staring with commitment.â
You rolled your eyes slightly, stepping further in. âI should probably not stay too long tonight.â
âProbably?â he echoed, amused. The flirting over dinner had been palpable. So much so that the table next to you asked if you were on your honeymoon. You still havenât even introduced Alex to your parents yet.
âI have things to do early tomorrow.â
âSo do I.â
That made you pause.
âAlexâŚâ
âWhat?â he smirked. âEveryone has plans for tomorrow even if itâs to do nothing.â
He just smiled & walked past you, loosening his smart jacket like he had all the time in the world.
âYou want something to drink?â he asked casually.
âErm I dunnoâŚmaybe,â you said, but it came out weaker than intended.
He glanced over his shoulder.
âYouâve got all the time in the world to decide,â he winked.
& you felt the butterflies.
That shouldâve been a red flag that you were in trouble. Instead, you followed him further into the apartment.
Alex then took you to a room you hadnât seen before. Usually you spent time in the lounge or bedroom with Alex. This was a music room.
You stopped.
Because it wasnât just a corner with an instrument or two. It was deliberate.
The room was soundproof. Vinyls all across one wall. A piano sat against the far wall, dark wood catching the low light. Two guitars leaned nearby, one rustic & well loved, the other more for show, but in the centre, carefully placed, like it mattered more than everything elseâŚ
A cello.
You exhaled softly without meaning to.
ââŚwow.â
Alex leaned against the doorway, watching you.
âYou like it?â
âI didnât say that.â
âYou didnât have to.â
You stepped closer, almost unconsciously. Your fingers hovered near the edge of the piano.
âDo you play all of these?â you asked.
âDepends whoâs asking.â
âThat sounds like a yes.â
He walked past you again, sitting down at the piano bench.
âItâs a yes.â
You turned slightly toward him.
âYouâre showing off now.â
âNo,â he said, flexing his fingers lightly over the keys. âIâm relaxing.â
Then he played.
Simple at first. Soft notes that filled the room without overwhelming it. Something warm. Familiar.
Your brow furrowed slightly.
ââŚwait.â
Alex glanced at you briefly, still playing.
âWhat?â
You listened properly this time, the melody unfolding softer than you were used to hearing it.
ââŚis this Star Wars?â
One corner of his mouth lifted slightly.
âMaybe.â
You stared at him.
âYouâre playing Princess Leiaâs theme to flirt with me?â
âIs it working?â You hated that you hesitated.
ââŚa little.â
âMm.â His fingers moved smoothly across the keys again. âGood.â
You laughed softly under your breath, but your chest had already tightened in that dangerous way it kept doing around him.
âThatâs unfair, by the way.â
âThe music?â
âYou knowing exactly what youâre doing.â
This time he looked directly at you.
âI know exactly what Iâm doing.â
You swallowed slightly.
âYou werenât joking,â you murmured.
âAbout what?â
âThat you play any instrument.â
He glanced at you briefly, still playing.
âI donât joke about things Iâm good at.â
You snorted softly.
âConfident.â
âAccurate.â
Then he stood. Undid the top button of his shirt & picked up the guitar next. The shift was immediate. Different energy.
Same hands, but now you were noticing them more. The way they moved with ease, like they already knew exactly where everything was without thinking.
You swallowed slightly.
ââŚyou do this often?â you asked.
âPlay?â
âImpress people.â
That made him pause just long enough for you to notice. Then he smiled.
âOnly when I want to.â
God that smile is one in a million.
Your breath caught slightly at the honesty of it.
He started playing again. A low, rhythmic pattern this time. Slower. Closer.
Then you recognised this one too.
âOh my god,â you laughed quietly. âThatâs The Mandalorian theme.â
Alex looked entirely too pleased with himself.
âYou noticed quickly.â
âYouâre literally building a personalised soundtrack to seduce me.â
â& yet,â he said smoothly, still playing, âyouâre still standing here.â
You realised, faintly, that you were standing closer than before.
When did that happen?
Not that you would complain, being in this manâs presence is intoxicating for you.
He watched you while he played. Not subtle. Not hiding it. Just openly tracking your reaction like it mattered more than the music itself, but his fingers never missing.
âYouâre not listening,â he said.
âI am.â
âNo,â he corrected softly. âYouâre watching.â
Your eyes flicked up.
âIs that a problem?â
âNo.â
He set the guitar down. Rolled up his sleeves & sat at the cello next.
Now the room changed again. Lower. Deeper.
The first drawn note wrapped around you instantly. Rich. Emotional. Familiar enough that your chest tightened before your brain caught up.
ââŚAcross the Stars?â you asked softly.
Alexâs gaze lifted to yours over the cello.
âYou know this one too.â
âThatâs not fair,â you whispered.
The faintest smile touched his mouth.
âI know.â
The sound wrapped around you in a way that made it harder to think clearly. You shouldâve stepped back.
You didnât.
Instead, you leaned slightly against the edge of the piano, watching him as he adjusted the instrument with practiced ease.
ââŚare you trying to seduce me?â you asked finally. He didnât even hesitate.
âYes.â
That bluntness shouldâve startled you. It didnât. It made something in your chest tighten instead. You let out a small breath that mightâve been a laugh.
âThatâs bold.â
âItâs honest.â
â& you think this is working?â
He looked up at you properly then. Still playing. Still steady.
âIs it not?â
You hesitated. Just long enough for him to notice. Then you huffed softly, shaking your head.
ââŚitâs working.â
That earned you a quiet smile. Not cocky. Not triumphant. Just satisfied.
The music softened again. Slower now. Less performance. More invitation.
You stepped closer without thinking. Closer than before. Close enough to see the detail of his hands again.
That was a mistake. Or maybe it wasnât.
âYouâre distracting,â you muttered.
âIâm playing.â
âThatâs the same thing.â
He set the cello down carefully.
The silence that followed felt heavier than the music had.
âYou were going to leave,â he reminded you.
âI was considering it.â
â& now?âhe said with a raised eyebrow.
You looked at him. Really looked.
The quiet apartment. The instruments. The way he was watching you like this had been inevitable from the start.
ââŚnow Iâm reconsidering.â
That smile returned.
âGood,â he said.
He stepped closer. Not rushing. Not pushing.
Just closing the space he already knew you werenât going to stop him from closing.
âYou know what this is?â you asked quietly.
âWhat?â
You glanced up at him, then back at the room.
ââŚa very elaborate way of not letting me leave.â
He huffed softly.
âMaybe.â
Your breath caught again as he reached out, not touching yet, just hovering close enough that you felt it anyway.
âStill want to go home?â he asked.
You looked at his hands one more time.
Then his eyes.
ââŚnot really,â you admitted.
That was all he needed.
Alex then kissed you, really kissed you. Every nerve in your body tingling. it didnât feel like persuasion anymore for you to stayâŚIt felt like confirmation.

Press tours are chaos dressed up as organisation. Too many people. Too many voices. Too many moving parts that all insist theyâre the most important thing happening at any given moment. You donât get caught up in it. Youâre not here for that. Youâre here to watch. Track. Anticipate.
Security doesnât get distracted.Even when itâs for something like this. A new The Mandalorian film press event, all polished smiles & carefully timed appearances. Cameras flashing. Fans pressed behind barriers, calling out names like prayers.
Sitting right at the centre of it all⌠Grogu.
Small. Green. Ridiculously beloved.
Millions of dollars of puppetry coming to life for the world to see.
Heâs Currently being moved between staging areas by handlers who look far more nervous than they should be.
You clock everything automatically:
* entry points
* exits
* blind spots
* people who donât belong
So when the unusual happens, You see it.
Like you do right nowâŚA slight shift in the crowd.
Too smooth. Too deliberate.
A figure moves in, masked by the moment, hood up, head down, slipping through the gap like theyâve done this before.
In the blink of an eyeâŚGrogu is gone.
Snatched in plain sight.
Youâre already moving.
âAsset taken,â you call, sharp & controlled into your comms, but you donât wait for a response.
Youâve got them in your sight. Theyâre fast.
Cutting through the back corridors like they know the layout, or at least how to read it. Not panicked. Not sloppy. Thatâs what keeps you on them. This isnât random. This is planned.
You gain ground. Step by step. Turn by turn. They glance back once. Just once. itâs enough to tell you that Theyâre not afraid to be caught. Almost like itâs a game. You donât slow.
âStop!â you snap, rounding the next corner, they donât. Of course they donât. So you move faster, harder.
Down a side corridor. Through a service door. Into a quieter section of the building where the noise of the event dulls into a distant hum.
They turn sharply into a small room. You follow. The door slams shut behind you. Silence.
Youâre already reaching for them.
âDonâtâŚâ
They stop. Still holding Grogu. Not resisting. That throws you off more than anything.
âPut the child down,â you order, steady.
They hesitate.
Then slowly, carefully, place Grogu on a nearby table. You donât take your eyes off them.
âTurn around.â They do. Slowly. Like this isnât urgent. Like none of this is.
Your pulse is still high, adrenaline sharp in your system as they reach up & pull the hood back.
You blink.Once.
ââŚyouâve got to be kidding me.â
Itâs him.
Pedro Pascal
Not a lookalike. Not a joke.
Itâs actually him.
Hair slightly out of place. Breathing a little heavier than he probably wants you to notice. Expression caught somewhere between sheepish and something else you canât quite place yet.
You stare.
ââŚyou stole Grogu,â you say. He winces.
âWhen you say it like thatâŚâ
âHow else am I supposed to say it?â Youâre trying to keep it professional but inside your heart is racing for so many reasons.
He exhales, dragging a hand down his face.
âI was going to bring him back.â
âAfter what? A joyride?â
Thereâs a beat.
ââŚmaybe.â
You stare at him harder. He doesnât joke again. The energy shifts. Fast.
He leans back against the wall slightly, like something in him has just⌠given out.
âI just needed five minutes,â he says.
Not performative. Not for an audience. Just⌠honest.
You donât respond immediately. Because that wasnât what you expected.
âFive minutes?â you repeat.
âYeah.â
He lets out a breath, shaking his head slightly.
âWhere no oneâs asking anything from me. No cameras. No handlers. NoâŚâhe gestures vaguely back toward the noise of the event beyond the walls, ââŚall of that.â
The adrenaline in your system doesnât disappear, but it⌠shifts. Recalibrates.
âYou picked stealing a major prop to do that?â you ask.
âIt got your attention.â
That lands. You narrow your eyes slightly.
ââŚthat wasnât part of your plan.â
âNo,â he admits. âThat part was⌠improvisation.â
Of course it was. Thereâs a pause. The room feels smaller now. Quieter.
Grogu sits between you on the table like a silent witness to whatever this is becoming.
âYouâre supposed to arrest me,â he says after a moment.
You donât move.
âYouâre supposed to not steal things,â you reply.
A faint smile tugs at his mouth.
âFair.â
Silence again. Different this time. He looks at you properly now.
Not like earlier, passing, distracted, half-aware between everything else happening around him.
This is focused. Intent.
ââŚyou didnât hesitate,â he says.
âWhen?â
âWhen he was taken.â He nods slightly toward Grogu. âYou were already moving.â
âThatâs my job.â
âYeah,â he says softly. âI know.â
Thereâs something in the way he says it. Like thatâs not the only reason he noticed.
You shift slightly, suddenly aware of how close you are. How quiet it is compared to the chaos outside.
âYou should go back,â you say, though thereâs less authority in it than before. âBefore they realise what happened.â
âI know.â
He doesnât move. Instead, he steps closer. Slow. Giving you time to stop him. You donât.
âI wasnât planning on this,â he says.
âStealing your own kid?â
He huffs a quiet laugh.
âNo.â A beat. âThis.â That pulls your attention back to him fully. His voice lowers.
âIâm tired of pretending I donât notice you,â he says.
That⌠wasnât expected. You blink.
âI⌠IâŚâ
âI know,â he cuts in gently. âBad timing. Terrible setup. Possibly the worst confession I couldâve chosen.â
Despite everything, a small smile tugs at your lips.
âThatâs one way to put it.â
âBut itâs true.â
Thereâs no performance in it now. No charm dialled up for effect. Just him.
Close enough that you can see the shift in his expression, the nerves underneath the confidence, the honesty sitting right at the surface.
âI kept telling myself Iâd say it properly,â he continues. âAt a better time. Somewhere that made sense.â
A pause.
âThis doesnât make sense.â
âNo,â you agree quietly. âIt doesnât.â He studies your face for a second. Searching for a response.
âIâm tired of not saying it,â he finishes.
The room feels very still. Very small. You donât step back. He takes that as his answer.
Closes the last bit of space between you.
âShould probably arrest me,â he murmurs.
You exhale softly.
âYeah,â you say.
âProbably.â
Neither of you move. You stretch your hand out & touch his face. Soft & warm as he blushes.
âYou are a thief after allâ you say softly.
âIâve stolen more today than just groguâ he replies.
âYou sure about that?â
âIâm certain.â
âYou know,â you say softly, fingers brushing against Groguâs ear absently, like he was actually real â⌠before all this⌠before this job⌠I never really felt like I belonged anywhere.â
âThen I found this,â you continue, gesturing vaguely toward the chaos outside the room. âThe films. The people. The community. My clan, I guess.â A small laugh escapes you. â A Found family sounds ridiculous until you finally have one.â
He doesnât interrupt. Doesnât joke.
âYou donât know it,â you admit quietly, looking back at him now, âbut you were part of the reason I stayed.â
The room goes still after that. Not awkward. Just honest. Pedro looks at you differently then. Like the moment finally settles into something real.
Youâve found your people & youâve just thanked the man who is partly responsible. You have spoken⌠& this is the way.
Sorry for keeping some of you waiting so long, I know PeĂąa is catnip for lots of you. So hopefully this satisfies your needs a little.
Synopsis:-A debate about Star Wars blasters turns into shameless flirting when Javier PeĂąa decides proving himself is far more entertaining than arguing.
Word Count:- 600
Warnings:-Heavy flirting, innuendo, sexual tension, suggestive dialogue, references to weapons/firearms, cocky behaviour, implied sexual content, alcohol consumption, teasing power dynamics.
Hope you all liked this. Thanks for the read come back tomorrow for the finale.
You donât even mean to start it.
âIâm just saying,â you shrug, swirling your drink, âStar Wars blasters look better.â
Thereâs a pause. You feel it before you see it. Javiâs attention locks onto you from across the table.
âBetter?â he repeats, slow.
You glance up, already smiling.
âSleeker. More dramatic. Bit more⌠Millennium Falcon, less⌠whatever youâve got going on.â
That earns you a look. Not annoyed. Interested.
âOh yeah?â he says, leaning back in his chair, eyes never leaving you. âYou into smugglers now?â
âIâm into style,â you reply. âYou canât tell me youâve never wanted to walk into a room like Han Solo.â
A corner of his mouth lifts.
âI walk into rooms just fine.â You laugh.
âIâm sure you do. But do you make an entrance?â
That lands. He studies you for a second, like heâs deciding how far to take this.
âCareful,â he says. âYou keep talking like that, Iâm gonna think youâre disappointed.â
You tilt your head.
âMaybe I am.â Thereâs a beat. Something shifts. Tension rising.
He leans forward now, forearms resting on the table, closing the distance just enough to matter.
âYou ever seen a real one up close?â he asks. You raise an eyebrow.
âA real what?â
âMy gun.â Direct. Of course it is. You huff a small laugh.
âWow. Subtle, PeĂąa.â
âIâm not trying to be subtle.â Thatâs the thing. He really isnât.
You sit back slightly, crossing your arms like youâre unimpressed.
âI just think,â you say, âif youâre gonna compare yourself to a galaxy far, far away, you better have something to back it up.â
His eyes flick over you, slow, deliberate.
âTrust me,â he says quietly. âI do.â
Your stomach does something annoying at that. You ignore it, well at least try to.
âStill sounds like a lot of talk,â you tease. âVery âthe force is strongâ energy.â
That gets a low chuckle out of him.
âDonât start quoting Obi-Wan Kenobi at me,â he says. âYouâre not ready for that conversation.â
âOh, Iâm very ready,â you shoot back. âI just donât think you are.â
Now heâs smiling properly. Like heâs enjoying this a little too much.
âAlright,â he says, pushing his chair back slowly. âYou wanna test that theory?â
You watch him stand. He doesnât rush you. Doesnât push. Just waits. Confident youâll follow.
âIs this where you dramatically offer to show me?â you ask.
He steps closer instead. Close enough that your knee brushes his.
âNot dramatic,â he murmurs. âJust practical.â
Your breath catches, just slightly. You hold your ground.
âPractical,â you repeat.
âYeah.â He winks. âWanna see for yourself?â
There it is. Not loud. Not flashy. Just⌠inevitable.
You look up at him. At the way heâs not joking anymore.
âYou always this confident?â you ask.
âOnly when I know Iâm right.â
You shake your head, smiling despite yourself.
âThis is about a gun,â you remind him.
His gaze drops briefly to your lips, then back up.
âSure it is.â Your heart kicks. You stand anyway.
âFine,â you say. âShow me.â
That earns you a slow, approving look.
âCareful,â he murmurs, stepping past you, close enough that his hand brushes your waist for half a second too long. âYou might not like what you find.â
You turn to follow him.
âOh, I doubt that.â He glances back over his shoulder, that same confident smirk settling in.
âYeah,â he says quietly.
âMost people are impressed.â he doesnât wait for you to catch up this time.
âIâm not most people PeĂąaâ you reply & reach the bedroom door frame.
âI know & thatâs why youâre about to experience everything.â

This was another one that was hard to link to Star Wars, but then I hit this epic idea & now I kind of want to explore it further. So if you could let me know if youâd be interested in more of this for a possible book please let me know once youâve read it.
Synopsis:-Around a dying campfire, Pero Tovar tells the story of a disastrous cargo exchange gone wrong, about a galactic threat that is still coming.
Word Count:-850
Warnings:-Sci-fi themes, time travel references, implied war/invasion, tension, discussion of violence & survival, aliens, looming apocalypse themes, slow-burn attraction, destiny/fate undertones.
See told you this was a little different. Thanks for the feed back peoples. Just 2 more days to go.
The fire has burned down to low embers by the time he starts talking. Everyone else has gone quiet in that post-mission way, too tired for jokes, too wired for sleep. Just the soft crackle of wood & the occasional shift of boots in the dirt.
Pero Tovar sits a little apart from the rest. Like always. He turns a stick in the coals like heâs deciding whether the fire deserves more attention than the night.
âYou donât want the short version,â he says suddenly. A few heads lift.
Someone snorts. âWe never get the short version.â
That earns a faint smirk from him, but he doesnât look up right away.
âGood,â he replies. âBecause Iâm not giving it.â
He leans back slightly, eyes on the fire now.
It makes his face harder to read like this. Shadowed. Thoughtful in a way he doesnât usually allow people to see for long.
âIt started on a rock moon,â he says, like thatâs a normal beginning.
You glance up from where youâre sitting without meaning to. Of course it starts like that, itâs meant to grab attention.
âThere was supposed to be a clean exchange,â he continues. âCredits for cargo. Simple.â
He lets out a quiet laugh that doesnât match the story.
âNothing is ever simple.â The fire pops.
Somewhere behind him, someone mutters, âthatâs always the line before it gets worse.â
Pero hears it. Just nods once.
âCorrect.â Now people are listening properly. Not just tolerating him. Listening. He shifts slightly, voice dropping into something steadier.
âThe buyer didnât show,â he says. âWhich wouldâve been fine, except the person who did show decided they wanted the cargo, the credits & my ship.â
A few low reactions ripple through the group. He doesnât pause for them.
âI told them no & They didnât like that.â
The firelight flickers across his face as he speaks, like the past is still close enough to touch.
âTwo factions got involved after that. Then a third. Then something I still donât think was technically alive but definitely wanted the cargo.â
That gets a quiet laugh from someone near the back. Pero doesnât smile this time. Not yet.
His eyes flick up, briefly.
They land on you. Just for a second too long. Then away again.
âIâve dealt with worse,â he adds, quieter now. âAliens with worse manners than most people Iâve met.â
A few people chuckle. But his attention keeps slipping back. Not to the group. To you. Like heâs measuring your reaction more than anyone elseâs. You donât notice at first. Or maybe you do, but you donât understand it yet.
He continues.
âThere was a point where I thought I was done,â he says. âShip half gone. No exit route. Just a very angry agreement between species that none of them were going to survive the night.â
A stick shifts in the fire. He watches it burn for a moment.
âI got out,â he says simply. No embellishment. Just fact. Silence settles again after that. Longer this time.
Someone finally breaks it with a low whistle. â& youâre just⌠casually telling us this?â
Pero shrugs.
âIt happened.â
But his eyes drift again. To you. Still unaware. Still just listening like everyone else. Except youâre not. Not really.
Because when he looks at you this time, something in his expression softens, before he catches himself & looks back to the fire.
âYou always tell it like that?â someone asks.
âLike what?â
âLike youâre bored of it.â
That earns a faint exhale from him.
âIâm not bored,â he says.
âI just donât repeat myself for people who arenât listening properly.â
That lands differently. A couple of people glance around. But you just tilt your head slightly, still focused on the story. Still listening.
That seems to matter more than anything else.
The fire burns lower. Peroâs voice softens with it.
âThere was one person who didnât run,â he says, almost like an afterthought.
Thatâs new. People notice.
âSo I didnât either.â A pause. Longer now.
He doesnât explain who. Doesnât need to.
But his gaze flicks, just once, towards you again & lingers a fraction too long.
Then he clears his throat slightly, as if remembering himself.
âThe cargo was useless anyway,â he finishes. âOf course it was.â
A few quiet laughs return. The tension breaks back into something lighter.
But he doesnât move from the fire. Doesnât join the group again. Just sits there, watching the embers settle.
No one truly believes this man was stolen & transported to a different place out of time, but you do. Because you were there & you are the person out of time now sent back to the past. Ready to embrace the oncoming threat that changes the worldâs fate. Thatâs why youâve been lead here, to find the other man who had an encounter with time & aliens, because you know you both need to prepare for the om coming attack.
Aliens from a galaxy far far away are going to attack at some point soon & you know from history thar this mysterious mercenary Pero Tovar has to fight on your side so you can win.
Our man has been very public about his hate for kareoke which is probably why writing Renaldo from snl is very appealing.
Synopsis:- Renaldo turns karaoke night into a full galactic event when his performance is upstaged & his shameless flirting becomes impossible to ignore.
Word Count:- 750
Warnings:- Flirting, innuendo, suggestive touching, sexual tension, one night stand implications, alcohol, cocky behaviour, mild explicit language, chaotic karaoke energy.
I hope you all have fun with this one. Thanks for the read peoples.
Karaoke night was supposed to be simple. One drink. Maybe two. Laugh at whoever got brave enough to grab the mic. Leave before anything got embarrassing.
It never stays simple.
Renaldo is already halfway across the room when you arrive, like heâs been waiting for this exact moment his entire life. Thereâs a drink in his hand he definitely didnât have five minutes ago, & a grin that suggests heâs about to make everyoneâs night worse in the best way possible.
âOh no,â you say immediately. He turns like heâs been called to a stage he owns.
âOh yes,â he replies.
Before you can stop him, heâs up there. Microphone in hand. Standing too confidently for someone who has never once been asked to do this.
âI would like to dedicate this performance,â he announces, âto the galaxy.â
A pause. Confused half drunk faces look back at him.
ââŚwhich galaxy?â someone shouts.
Renaldo considers it.
âAll of them.â
You groan, already laughing. The backing track starts.
& it is⌠not good. But it is committed.
He sings like heâs leading a rebellion. Gestures like the mic is a weapon. Completely ignores the fact that he is not on beat, not on pitch, and possibly not even on the right song anymore.
Then the doors at the back of the room open & everything gets worse.
A group of stormtroopers walk in. Fully geared. Unbothered. Like this is exactly where they were meant to be.
Thereâs a beat of silence. Then one of them climbs onto the stage. Another follows.
& suddenly, unironically, Renaldo is performing with backup dancers he absolutely did not hire.
You nearly spit your drink out.
âOh my god,â you laugh, pointing. âIs thatâŚare thoseâŚâ
âStormtroopers,â someone confirms.
Renaldo doesnât even stop singing. If anything, he gets louder.
âThis is my moment,â he declares into the microphone.
One of the stormtroopers tries to dance. It is not coordinated much like their shooting in the films. It is deeply concerning.
Youâre laughing properly now, shoulders shaking, watching the whole scene unfold like a fever dream.
Renaldo spots you in the crowd. Of course he does. He points mid-verse.
âHey you, sexy! Stop laughing at me!â
âIâm not laughing at you,â you call back, still laughing. âIâm laughing because of you!â
That seems to fuel him. He leans into the chaos. Even worse choreography. Even louder singing.
The stormtroopers fully commit now, forming a very loose, very incorrect line dance situation that no galaxy should ever witness.
When the song finally ends, thereâs a moment of stunned silence. Then applause. Confused. Reluctant. Slightly terrified applause. But justly deserved.
Renaldo bows.
The stormtroopers salute.
Someone drops a drink.
Youâre still laughing when he gets off the stage, walking straight toward you like none of that just happened.
âYou enjoyed that,â he says.
âYou just performed karaoke with stormtroopers,â you reply. âI think Iâm still processing it.â
âI noticed you smiling.â
âI was coping.â
âThatâs the same thing.â
You shake your head, still grinning.
âYou know,â you say, âI always thought you were more Star Trek than Star Wars.â
He gasps like youâve insulted his entire lineage.
âI am offended.â
âYou brought imperial soldiers into karaoke night.â
âThey invited themselves.â
âSure they did.â You almost choke on your drink as you say it.
He leans slightly closer now, lowering his voice like itâs serious business.
âFor the record,â he says, âI could survive in either universe.â
âThat wasnât the question.â
âIt shouldâve been.â
You laugh again, nudging his shoulder lightly.
âYouâre troubleâ you say trying not to blush.
â& yet,â he says, gesturing vaguely behind him at the still confused stormtroopers, who were now dancing with the next group of singer ââŚyouâre the one whoâs checking me out.â
You glance at him. Still smiling.
ââŚunfortunately,â you say.
He grins.
âGood answer.â He winks âyour drinks are on me tonight sexy.â
âDo you have a tab?â
âOoh no⌠butâ he then whispers in your ear âbut my apartment is just minutes away & I can tell you now that when you come back with me youâll see more than just the galaxyâ
You mock gasp at his arrogance.
âYou just assume that Iâm gonna have a one night stand with you?â You say before he then grabs your arse in your skin tight jeans. It arouses both of you.
âBaby, once youâve tasted Renaldo, youâll be back for more than just one night under the stars.â
This is probably one of the least Star Wars related of the set but I know you all love our prince so I just wanted him to be commanding, just not in Kings Landing or Dorne.
Synopsis:- In a crowded cantina on Tatooine, Oberyn Martell realises youâre the only person watching him without becoming part of the performance.
I hope you enjoyed that itâs a bit different for sure, but I want to make sure everyone has something they like. See you tomorrow.
The cantina on Tatooine is loud in the way all places like this are, too much heat, too much drink, too many stories happening at once. It should feel chaotic.
But somehow, he doesnât. He never does. Oberyn Martell sits like the room arranged itself around him. Cape draped lazily over one shoulder. Glass in hand. Smile resting just at the edge of amusement, like heâs already heard every conversation before itâs even started. People notice him immediately. Of course they do. He lets them. A glance here. A laugh there. A touch of attention given & taken back just as easily.
It isnât aimless. It just looks like it is.
You notice that quickly. Youâre not part of the noise. Not really. Just watching from a quieter corner, observing the way he moves through people like he already knows where every thread connects.
He catches you looking. Of course he does. Heâs Oberyn. It doesnât interrupt him. Not immediately.
He finishes what heâs saying to someone beside him, something light, something that makes them smile like they think theyâve been chosen for something, &then, almost casually, his gaze shifts to you & it stays there. Just a beat longer than necessary.
You donât look away first. That seems to amuse him.
He excuses himself from the conversation without ceremony, already stepping through the crowd like it was always going to happen this way.
When he stops in front of you, it feels less like approach and more like conclusion.
âYouâve been watching me,â he says. Not accusing. Just curious.
âIâve been sitting here,â you reply. A faint smile tugs at his mouth.
âThatâs not what I said.â You tilt your head slightly.
âShould I be concerned?â
âOnly if you think I donât notice things.â Thereâs a pause. Heat flickers somewhere between words.
Around you, the cantina keeps moving, laughing, drinking, talking, but here it feels⌠slowed. Contained.
He gestures loosely to the room.
âYou think Iâm flirting with everyone,â he says.
âI think youâre very comfortable with attention,â you reply. That earns you something real in his expression. Not surprise.Approval.
âComfortable is a generous word,â he says softly.
You study him for a moment.
âYouâre not here for this place,â you say.
A slight lift of his brow.
âNo?â
âYou donât look like someone who stays anywhere without a reason.â That makes him pause. Just for a fraction longer than everything else.
Then he smiles again, but smaller now. More focused.
âYouâre quieter than the others,â he says. It isnât a compliment, but It isnât an insult.Itâs more of an observation.
âSo that makes me dangerous?â you ask.
âNo,â he says simply. âIt makes you honest. That lands differently. The noise of the cantina feels further away now.
He leans slightly closer, not invading, just narrowing the space like it belongs to him to adjust.
âYou think Iâm performing,â he continues.
âI think you enjoy it.â A soft laugh escapes him at that.
âI do,â he admits with a seductive smile.
âBut not for everyone.â
That shifts something. Because now youâre not watching him with the room anymore. Now it feels like heâs watching you outside of it.
âWhy me?â you ask.
He considers that.Really considers it. Like itâs not a line. Not a game. Not part of the usual rhythm he moves through. Then he tilts his head slightly.
âBecause you didnât try to be part of the audience,â he says. Your heart races a little.
âYou watched like you were deciding whether I was worth your attention.â
A faint smile crosses your face before you can stop it. Betraying yourself.
â& am I?â
His gaze holds yours. Longer now on purpose.
âI havenât decided yet,â he says.
But he doesnât look away & neither can you. The corner of his mouth curves slightly at the silence that follows. Not awkward. Measured. Like heâs letting it settle between you on purpose.
Then, unexpectedly, he sits. Not across from you. Beside you.
Close enough now that you catch the scent of spice & wine & something warmer beneath it. The kind of presence that feels dangerous only because it feels easy to lean toward.
âYou know,â he says lightly, gaze drifting back toward the crowded cantina, âmost people decide very quickly what they want from me.â
You glance at him. â& what do they usually decide?â
A quiet laugh escapes him.
âThat Iâm entertaining.â Thereâs no bitterness in it. Thatâs what makes it land.
Your eyes move over him again, the confidence, the ease, the performance he wears so naturally it almost stops looking like one at all.
âAre they wrong?â you ask softly.
His gaze shifts back to yours then. Slower this time.
âNo,â he says. Honest. âBut they rarely look long enough to notice when Iâm tired of it.â
That changes something. Not dramatically. Not loudly. Just enough.
The noise of the cantina suddenly feels further away than before, all blurred edges & distant sound while he watches you like heâs waiting to see what youâll do with that truth now that heâs handed it to you.
âYou donât seem very tired tonight,â you murmur. Another one of those small smiles appears. Softer now. Less for the room. More for you.
âThat,â he says quietly, âmay be because youâre still here.â
Thereâs no performance here or flirtation. Just something warm & deliberate settling between you, beneath the twin suns & noise & heat of a world built for people passing through.
For the first time since he approached you, Oberyn Martell looks less like a man entertaining a room & more like a man asking someone to stay in his orbit a little longer.
Thanks as always for reading peoples. I hope this one made you smile.
Money doesnât stretch far these days. Youâve learned how to make it behave. Bills first. Food next. Everything else is whateverâs left over, if anything is left over.
That âextraâ usually becomes something small. A LEGO set. Nothing big. Nothing you have to justify too much. You tell yourself itâs enough. It usually is. It distracts you from the world, helps your mind calm for those 20 minutes or so.
Liam notices things you donât say out loud. Not in a loud way. Not in a showy way. Just⌠quietly. Like the way you turn the box over in your hands before opening it when you can afford some Lego. Or how you donât rush the build. How you slow down when youâre focused, like the rest of the world doesnât matter for a while.
Youâve caught him watching before.
âYou staring?â you asked once.
âThinking,â he said.
âAbout what?â He just smiled & walked away. Thatâs as close as you get to an answer. Liam was you man. Mysterious & dangerous but also would take a bullet for you.
Tonight is late when he comes home. Too late for how tired you are.
Youâre on the sofa already, half-finished Lego flowers spread out on the table, small pieces carefully lined up like they matter more than they probably should.
The door clicks open. You look up immediately.
Liam steps in like he always does, calm, controlled, like the night belongs to him.
He shuts the door behind him with his foot.
âHey,â you say softly.
âHey, baby.â
His voice is easy. Like he hasnât just come from whatever world he lives in when he disappears. You sit up slightly.
âYouâre late.â
âJob ran long.â Of course it did. But he doesnât sound in pain or stressed so clearly it went well.
You nod, trying not to read too much into it, but your eyes flick to him anyway.
Thatâs when you see it. The bag. Big. Heavy. Yellow. Definitely not something he left with.
You frown slightly.
âWhatâs that?â
He follows your gaze, then looks back at you like heâs already decided how this goes.
âWell paid job,â he says.
âThat doesnât answer my question.â
âIt answers enough.â
You stare at him. He doesnât move. Just holds your gaze like heâs waiting for you to catch up.
ââŚLiam.â
âOpen it.â
That tone.Simple. Certain.
You hesitate for half a second longer than you mean to, then get up.
The bag is heavier than expected when you pull it closer. You glance at him once more. He just nods. Permission.
You open it & freeze.Because you know that box.
Youâve seen it a hundred times in shops. Online. In passing conversations you never really thought meant anything.
The Millennium Falcon. The big one.
Your breath catches before you can stop it.
ââŚLiam.â
He doesnât say anything. Just watches you. Carefully.
You pull it out properly, staring at it like it might disappear if you blink too hard.
âThis isâŚâyou laugh under your breath, disbelieving. âThis is insane.â
âYeah,â he says simply.
âYou didnât have toâŚâ
âI did.â
That makes you look up at him. Properly.
âYou canât just bring home something like this.â
âI can.â
âI was fine with the small sets.â
âI know.â
That stops you. You blink.
ââŚyou know?âHe shrugs.
âIâve seen you.â Something shifts in your chest at that. Small but sharp.
âYouâve been watching me build LEGO?â
âI watch you a lot of things,â he says, like itâs nothing at all.
You look back down at the box again, hands still on it, like it anchors you.
âThatâs ridiculous,â you say quietly.
âProbably.â
You shake your head, trying to process it.
âThis is⌠so expensive.â
âI know.â
â& you just⌠whatâŚdecided to get it?â
His gaze doesnât move from you.
âYeah.â
Thereâs no explanation after that. No defence. Just certainty. Like thatâs all there is to it.
You laugh once, breathless, still holding the box.
âYouâre unbelievable.â
âYeah,â he says, stepping closer now. âIâve heard that.â
You should probably say something else. Something normal. Ask about why not spend the money from this clearly well paid job on something more important. You donât.
Instead, you set the box down carefully & close the distance between you in one quick step.
Your arms wrap around him before you even think about it. He catches you instantly. Of course he does.
Hands settling at your waist like itâs automatic, like he already knew this was coming.
âYouâre insane,â you murmur into his shoulder.
âMm,â he replies. âYou said that already.â
âYou bought me the Falcon.â
âI did.â
âThe Big Falcon.â
âIâm aware.â
You pull back just enough to look at him. Thereâs something in your face you donât bother hiding.
âWhy?â
Thatâs the first time he hesitates. Just slightly.
âI saw you looking at it,â he says. âFor months, every time we walk past that shop.â
Simple.
Honest.
âThatâs it?â He nods once. Thatâs it.
Your breath catches again, softer this time.
Then you laugh, small, real & shake your head.
âYouâre ridiculous.â
âYeah.â
You donât overthink it. You just kiss him. Quick at first. Then deeper when he doesnât pull away.
His hand tightens slightly at your waist, pulling you closer like heâs not interested in letting go anytime soon.
When you break apart, youâre both still too close.
âYouâre helping me build it,â you say. He huffs a quiet laugh.
âAm I?â
âYes.â
âThat wasnât part of the deal.â
âYou donât get to bring home a Millennium Falcon & walk away from consequences.â
That earns you a proper smile this time.
âGuess Iâm staying then.â You soften.
âYeah,â you say.
His hand stays at your waist a second longer than necessary.
âYeah,â he repeats quietly. âBut Iâm no good with any Lego stickers.â The room falls into soft laughter again before your lips meet once more.

You clock him before he even reaches you. Not because heâs subtle. Because he isnât.
Thereâs a certain kind of man who walks into a bar like itâs a stage, like the lighting is better because heâs in it, like every glance is part of the performance.
Heâs that man & he knows it.
You take a slow sip of your drink, watching him approach like youâve already decided how this is going to go.
âYou look like youâve already made up your mind about me,â he says as he stops beside you. His voice is smooth. Practiced. Just the right amount of amused.
You glance up at him, letting your gaze linger a second longer than necessary.
âIâm deciding if youâre interesting,â you reply. That earns you a flicker of something real. Not surprise. Interest.
âDangerous answer,â he says.
âOnly if youâre boring.â
He huffs a quiet laugh at that, shifting slightly closer, not crowding you, but definitely not giving you space either.
âIâm Lucien,â he says.
Of course he is. You secretly know who he is.
You give him your name in return, & he repeats it like heâs testing how it sounds.
âAlright,â he says, leaning one elbow against the bar. âWhatâs your verdict?â
âYouâve been here thirty secondsâŚâ he pouts at you pleadingly.ââŚ& you havenât said anything interesting yet.â
That does it. Thereâs a pause, brief, sharp, then he smiles properly. Not the rehearsed version. The one that says okay, youâre different.
âI like that,â he says.
âI didnât ask.â
âNo,â he replies, âbut you donât seem like someone who needs to.â & with that the charm offence begins as he nods at the bar tender.
The conversation flows after that. Effortlessly, annoyingly so. Heâs quick. Funny. Just self-aware enough to get away with the arrogance & you match him, step for step, not giving him an inch more than he earns.
At some point, drinks turn into leaning closer to hear each other. Then into not really needing an excuse anymore. Heat & tension rising wondering how far this will go.
âYou always this hard to impress?â he asks at one point.
âAre you always trying this hard?â you shoot back. He grins.
âNot usually.â That should sound like a line. It doesnât. Thatâs the problem. Lucien might be a celebrated actor but he often gets what he wants & he was hoping youâd be much easier than you have been. Not that youâre not willing or falling for him.
You donât remember exactly who suggests leaving. It doesnât matter. Itâs mutual.
Like the decision had already been made somewhere between the first drink & the third time he looked at you like heâd figured something out.
Soon you are at his place & it is exactly what you expect for someone of his standing. Minimal effort, but expensive enough to make up for it. Thereâs a jacket thrown over a chair. A script on the table. Something half-finished, half-forgotten. Art work worth more than your yearly salary just collecting dust. & trophies, armfuls of them, scattered across the place.
You take it in without commenting. He watches you do it.
âJudging me already?â he asks, closing the door behind you.
âJust observing,â you reply, setting your bag down.
âDangerous habit.â
âFor you, maybe.â
That earns you another one of those smiles. Closer now. Less performance. More intent.
âSo,â he says, stepping toward you, âwhatâs the verdict now?â You tilt your head slightly.
âYouâre still trying to impress me.â
âIâm succeeding.â
âDebatable.â
âWell you are here, there was a few minutes back at the bar where I didnât think youâd come back with me.â
âWell maybe donât judge a book by its cover.âyou reply. He laughs under his breath, running a hand through his hair. Then he smirks with one last shot at leaving you speechless.
âYou know,â he says, like itâs just occurred to him, âI was in the last Star Wars film.â
You pause. Just enough.
ââŚwere you?â
âMm,â he nods, clearly pleased with himself. âSmall part. But I had lines.â
âLines,â you repeat.
âImportant ones.â
You fold your arms, leaning back slightly against the table.
âImportant to who?â
âTo the story,â he says, like thatâs obvious.
âConvincing.â
âIâm serious,â he insists, stepping closer again. âFull costume, whole thing. I even got a close-up.â
âOh wow,â you say flatly. âA close-up.â
He narrows his eyes at you, amused.
âYou donât believe me.â
âI believe you think it was important.â
That gets a laugh out of him. A real one.
âAlright,â he says, holding his hands up slightly. âTough crowd.â
âExtremely.â
He studies you for a second then, something shifting again. Less about proving something. More about⌠figuring you out.
âYouâre not impressed,â he says.
âI didnât say that.â
âYou didnât have to.â
You push yourself off mantel you were leaning against, closing the space between you by a step.
âYou didnât need to do all that, you know.â
He tilts his head slightly.
âAll what?â
âThe film. The lines. The performance.â Thereâs a beat. Your voice drops just slightly.
âYou didnât need to impress me to get me into bed.â
That lands. Properly. For the first time since you met him, Lucien actually goes still. Just for a second.
He smiles. Slower this time. More deliberate.
âOh,â he says quietly. A step closer. Now thereâs barely any space between you.
âI know.â
Your breath catches, just slightly.
âBut whereâs the fun in that?â he adds.
There it is again. That edge. That confidence of a man who knows he can have it all. But now itâs different. Less about proving himself. More about the two of you.
âYou enjoy the performance,â you say.
âI enjoy the reaction,â he corrects.
His gaze flicks to your mouth, then back up.
â& yours has been very interesting. I had to bring out the big guns.â
You should step back.You donât.
âCareful,â you murmur. âYouâre starting to sound like you care.â
He huffs a quiet laugh, reaching out just enough for his fingers to brush lightly against your wrist.
âMaybe I do,â he says. Itâs quieter than anything heâs said so far. â& maybe I knew you wanted the hard sell.â
âHard sell?â You scoff âIâm not one to be barteredâ
âOooh i could tell thatâ Lucien whispers âbut I just wanted to see how much I had to do before I got someone like you to soften upâ
âWell Iâm not sure if I am lucky or notâ Lucien takes your hand & leads you down the corridor as you say this both unfazed about Whats about to happen.
âTrust me beautifulâ he says before opening the bedroom door. âThe magic isnât just left to the moviesâ

I claim to be a wife of York, & Javi Gs girl, but honestly, I think me & Mr Ben from SNL might just be soul mates. For a character thatâs on screen for 5mins I have written a lot about this man. I hope you all enjoy reading them.
Unapproved Curriculum (on going no set end to this)
Hope you enjoyed this. Thanks for the read. See you all tomorrow.
I was ready to be mad at him tonight.
Like properly mad. Not the joking kind. Not the âyouâre annoying but Iâll get over itâ kind.
The real kind. The kind where you sit there, arms folded, already rehearsing what youâre going to say when he walks out the door to go do something stupid.
Because thatâs what it was. Another âjob.â Another âIâll handle it.â Another night where he goes off, gets himself into trouble, comes back with bruised knuckles and that same shrug like it doesnât matter.
I hate that shrug.
So yeah. I was ready.
He was halfway out the door too, jacket on, keys in hand, that look on his face like his mind was already somewhere else.
& I said it.
âYou donât need to do this tonight.â
He didnât even turn around at first.
âI said Iâd take care of it.â
Of course he did.
âYou always say that,â I shot back.
That got him to stop. Finally.
He turned then, looking at me properly, like he was actually hearing me for once.
There was a second, just a second, where I thought he was going to argue. Or leave. Or do that thing where he brushes it off & walks out anyway.
Instead, he just stood there. Thinking. Which, for Clint, is already suspicious.
Then he sighed, ran a hand through his hair, & looked straight at me.
âCâmon.â
I blinked. âWhat?â
âWeâre goinâ out.â
ââŚyou were justâŚâ
âYeah,â he cut in, already moving back toward me. âPlans changed.â
No explanation. No big speech. Just⌠that.
I shouldâve questioned it more. I shouldâve asked what the hell that meant. But I didnât.
Because it was Clint, & when he decides something, thatâs kind of it. His choices are set.
So where did we go⌠Clint took me to the movies. An actual cinema.
I didnât even realise what we were seeing until we got inside & I saw the poster.
The Empire Strikes Back.
I just stood there for a second, staring at it, then at him.
ââŚyou ditched a job for this?â
He shrugged like it was nothing. âFelt like a better idea.â Like that was a normal decision.
Like he hadnât just chosen this over whatever trouble he was about to walk into. I didnât know what to do with that.
So I let him buy me popcorn & a drink. We had so many snacks like he didnât know when to stop buying stuff.
âClint,â I said at one point, watching him come back with another box, âthis is too much.â
He glanced at it, then at me. âYouâll eat it.â
ââŚI wonât.â
âYou will.â
Annoyingly⌠he wasnât wrong.
We sat near the back. Of course we did.
He slouched down in the seat like he owned the place, arm draped along the back, legs stretched out just enough to be a problem for anyone walking past.
I tried to focus on the film. I really did. But every time I glanced over, he wasnât even watching it.
He was watching me.
âYouâre not even paying attention,â I muttered.
âI know what happens,â he said.
âThen why are you here?â
He didnât answer straight away. Just looked at me for a second longer than necessary.
âDidnât feel like beinâ somewhere else. I wanted to be with you.â
That⌠did something.
I looked back at the screen quickly, pretending that didnât land.
âYou think youâre Han Solo or something?â I said, trying to play it off.
He huffed a quiet laugh.
âNo.â
He then held my hand.
ââŚbut heâs not wrong.â
I rolled my eyes, but I was smiling. Couldnât help it. My Clint was doing something for me with me. I knew consequences would probably follow but for now it was just us.
Somewhere halfway through, it got quieter. Not the film. That was still loud. But us. Closer.
I donât even remember when it happened, but I was leaning into him, & his hand had found mine like it had always been there.
âYou were really gonna go out tonight,â I said quietly.
âYeah.â
â& instead youâre here.â
Another one of those shrugs.
âDidnât feel like it anymore.â
That was it. No big explanation. No apology. Just⌠that. Yet somehow that meant more than anything he couldâve said.
I donât know who moved first. I think it was both of us.
One second we were watching the screen, the next I was turning toward him & he was already there.
The kiss wasnât soft. Not really.
It was a little messy, a little impatient, like neither of us had planned it but neither of us was surprised either.
His hand came up to my jaw, steady, grounding, pulling me just a little closer like he wasnât about to let me change my mind.
âYouâre impossible,â I murmured against him.
âYeah,â he replied, like he didnât care. âYou still love me though.â
I huffed a laugh into the kiss, which only made it worse, Or better.
We probably missed half the film after that. I donât even care. I only watch sci-fi as he likes it.
Because for once, he didnât leave. For once, he chose this. Chose me.
I knew when the credits would scroll at the end of the movie, he would take me back home & the head out to his job. That is just the way it is. But for just a few hours, it was just simple & safe us.
