I’ve been making codes lately and having a freaking blast.

I tried recreating the city of Liyue from Genshin Impact! This was inspired by the ending cutscene of the Lantern Rite event, with Xiao watching from the hillside. 😭 The screenshot is unedited. I’m quite pleased that one of the August fireworks looks like distant lanterns in the background.  ^^ The bottom picture is the reference I used, from a banner on the Genshin Impact website. Hope you like~ EDIT: A friend of mine was kind enough to gift me a handful of pagodas to add into this build, so I have retaken the screenshot to include them along with my finished lantern pattern! 🏮

I was really inspired to build a cozy, lived-in little forest town that feels like it’s been there forever. I do feel like I went a lil’ overboard with the leaves pattern though 🍃
