Hi Friends! A little throwback pic for y’all, and a quick note that we won’t have a Love In Brief this week, as we are both swamped with work and travel. Alas, life gets in the way, doesn’t it?

this bottom is missing two things…can anyone guess what they are? i’ll give you a hint: one was stuffed down in my yoga pants so i could take this photo.

The sweetener in sugar free candy is a laxative effect.I felt yesterday that I was a little constipated and it would be a hard poop to push out.When I was still at work about 4pm I ate 4 sugar free mint patties and then I chewed on sugar free gummies at home which I knew would add to the effect of softening and loosening my poop.Sally did not nee any help to soften hers,so about 8.30pm the two of us drove up to Weber State University and parked.Then we took a nice gentle walk up one of the trails going up the side of the mountain.We both wore dark slacks over our cotton panties and we carried bottled water although we had been drinking plenty at home and were now starting to feel our bladders really full.

There were a few other people walking up there to watch the sunset over the Great Salt Lake which was really very pretty.Walking soon made us both feel a need to poop building up inside us,so when we had nobody close to us we walked slower and let the other get ahead of us.Our greatest need was to pee so we stopped walking and stood looking at the last of the sun and just relaxed.Soon the urge to pee was strong and we did not hold it back but just let it dribble a little at first and then it flowed strongly,flooding our panties and running down our legs into our shoes.It felt nice and warm and as we started walking again the urge to poop became quite strong too.
