oh you just KNOW Elphelt has to have a Wigglytuff! pink and white with shiny cyan eyes and known for singing? come onnnn hehe
SNUBBULL - FAIRY - THE FAIRY POKEMON
I think Elphelt would love Snubbull! cute lil pup with that scrunched up face.... if i was stretching for an actual reason you could say it kinda looks like her expression in Faust's Bone-Crushing Excitement move drtyfgj
LOUDRED - NORMAL - THE BIG VOICE POKEMON
ELPHELT HAS TO HAVE A LOUDRED!!! it would do vocals with her in Speothos Venaticus and be super cool and awesome.also! It's shiny to match with the rest of her team ^_^
TINKATON - FAIRY/STEEL - THE HAMMER POKEMON
Tinkaton is a cute pokemon thats also a total POWERHOUSE!! so I think thats a great fit for her <3! someone would challenge Elphelt to a pokemon battle and she'd go okay yay! goooooooo Tinkaton! then Gigaton Hammer sweeps their entire team
STUFFUL - NORMAL/FIGHTING - THE FLAILING POKEMON
kind of.same reasoning for the rest of them tyfghj cute pinky pokemon with crazzzyyy strength.. specifically with Stufful, thats extra on the strength factor. yayyyy so cutesies :3!
Anakin Skywalker PKMN team!
Now for this post I'll be going through him and his team throughout the prequel trilogy because of how much he changes. so~
The Phantom Menace(baby Anakin on Tatooine)
SANDILE - GROUND/DARK - THE DESERT CROC POKEMON
when I was thinking of pokemon for Anakin the first one that came to mind was Sandile, and I don't think theres a more perfect choice! Sandile is his first pokemon, and his signature one too. It will stick by his side and evolve with him.
GIBLE - DRAGON/GROUND - THE LAND SHARK POKEMON
I think Anakin would catch a Gible before leaving Tatooine, or perhaps he would be gifted a Gible egg by his Mom? However they come across each other I think they'd make a great pair :)
Attack of the Clones(padawan Anakin)
KROKOROK - GROUND/DARK - THE DESERT CROC POKEMON
Sandile evolved! Training alongside Anakin has brought strength unexpected onto this croc.
GABITE - DRAGON/GROUND - THE CAVE POKEMON
Gible also evolved! Cool sharp and spikey- Gabite can take care of any foes in it's way.
ROCKRUFF - ROCK - THE PUPPY POKEMON
The latest edition to his team, Rockruff! I imagine Anakin had saved this pup and it just refused to leave his side. Rockruff is very fond of him, and Anakin can't help but feel the same(and as a plus, Padme is sure to find it cute.. haha)
Revenge of the Sith(totally not being coerced to the dark side Anakin)
KROKOROK - GROUND/DARK - THE DESERT CROC POKEMON
Krokorok is unevolved at the start of the movie, waiting for the next chapter of it's story to unfold
GARCHOMP - DRAGON-GROUND - THE MACH POKEMON
Garchomp from Gabite! Tough and intimidating. Garchomp will protect all that is precious to it, at any cost.
ROCKRUFF - ROCK - THE PUPPY POKEMON
The previously friendly pup has become aggressive. Everyone is against you, Anakin... Including your precious pokemon(<-Palpatine voice. okay so Rockruff become aggressive and lash out a lot before they evolve. I figure Anakin wouldn't have known this so it hits harder because then it looks like Rockruff is turning against him)
CHARMELEON - FIRE - THE FLAME POKEMON
a gift from Chanceller Palpatine. An outcast Charmeleon- unappreciated by those around him, unable to recognize his power. Sound familiar?
Revenge of the Sith(pupil of Palpatine Anakin(when he starts killing fellow jedi and actually officially turns))
KROOKODILE - GROUND/DARK - THE INTIMIDITION POKEMON
Krookodile-and Anakin- fulfil their destiny and embrace the dark side(and type)
at this point(just near the end of the movie) Anakin abandons Rockruff(in a similar way as R2-D2 but probably before they get to that lava volcano planet whos name I forget) and never sees it evolve. after Order 66, Obi-Won takes in Lycanrock(dusk forme) and it's often seen far in the distance, watching over Luke. when Luke becomes a Jedi himself, I like to imagine him officially getting Lycanrock as a member of his team :)
and! a bonus! Darth Vader
KROOKODILE - GROUND/DARK - THE INTIMIDATION POKEMON
Same reasoning as all the above ^_^ Krookodile(and the rest of it's line) is SO perfect for Anakin/Darth Vader and I will diiiiiieeeeeeeeee to defend that
GARCHOMP - DRAGON/GROUND - THE MACH POKEMON
same as above <3 Garchomp forever. I have honestly debated maybe having Garchomp be caught as a Gible during Attack of the Clones when he returns to Tatooine but honestly he is going through a lot with his Mom and I just don't think he'd really go out to catch a pokemon. Unless we want to roll with the egg gift thing still... perhaps Shmi prepared it as a gift. I dunno
CHARIZARD - FIRE/FLYING - THE FLAME POKEMON
Charmeleon evolved into a ferocious shiny Charizard, who fights and kills for the Empire as much as any other Sith. I think as a baby Charmander, it was raised by Palpatine before being given to Anakin, so the dark side is all it's ever known.
DUSKNOIR - GHOST - THE GRIPPER POKEMON
I really wanted Vader to have a ghost type pokemon because. well. he kills people crazy style. and I found Dusknoir to be the best fit! It's pokedex entries include "It is said to take lost spirits into its pliant body and take them to the afterlife." and "People fear this Pokémon because it is said to suck in lost spirits and take them along." which is sooooooo dope
CETITAN - ICE - THE TERRA WHALE POKEMON
I got some insight from my brother while putting together these teams(ive watched most of the main star wars movies but i havent seen EVERYthing and hes watched some of the shows and read a couple of comics and whatwhichever) and he said it'd be cool to give him an ice type pokemon 'cause sometimes Darth Vader's entrances is described as chilling or all the air was sucked out of the room and stuff like that. and thats just badass so I wanted to honor that :) Cetitan is SO awesome and it's spooky and spiky it'd make a great member of the team!
AGGRON -STEEL/ROCK - THE IRON ARMOR POKEMON
to round out the party, Aggron! Vader needs to have a full team of intimidating powerful pkmn and Aggron being labeled as the Iron Armor pokemon reminds me of Vader's whole life support suit. its just. so, so cool.
Tsuruno Yui PKMN Team!!! She's a Fire Type Specialist, of course :)
what I have here is what her full team would be at the end of the show/game storyline(I have not played Magia Record </3 not like I can anymore. Siiigh) so like this is her at her MOST beefed up max power super strong! Anyways. Here we go!
EMBOAR - FIRE/FIGHTING - THE MEGA FIRE PIG POKEMON
Tepig is so. So obviously Tsuruno. Ohhhmy goodness even ignoring Yu Hong they're so perfect! Tsuruno would have had Tepig for the longest, and it's her closest companion. Best friends forever. I think Tepig would take a while to fully evolve, but when it does, Emboar is her strongest pkmn!
BLAZIKIN - FIRE/FIGHTING - THE BLAZE POKEMON
Blaziken is so cool! I know its a tad repetitive to have two fire/fighting starters but comeonnnnnn..... Torchic's line just matches her really well! Another powerful and flashy fighter!
PYROAR - FIRE/NORMAL - THE ROYAL POKEMON
Pyroar here is definitely a biased pick BUT you can't tell me she wouldn't find Litleo painfully cute. Also a lion pokemon fits her (rightfully)prideful attitude!
CENTISKORCH - FIRE/BUG - THE RADIATOR POKEMON
I really like pkmn with exposed flames for Tsuruno, also! It's yellow belly markings can kinda match her magical girl outfit ones... And! It's little legs could kinda look like her fan's blades! Centiskorch is a fun little bug okay >:P!!
SCOVILLIAN - GRASS/FIRE - THE SPICY PEPPER POKEMON
I just knew I'd have to give her a Scovillain! To get some more food theming on her team for Banbanzai! Spicy spicy pepper. Also I like it I'm biased what do you expect
CAMERUPT - FIRE/GROUND - THE ERUPTION POKEMON
Look. Idk why Camerupt stood out to me among all the other fire types. but by golly it did and I listen to my heart when it tells me possible character pokemon soooo umm!!! I like them together. its got a cute dopey face and Tsuruno would like that :) okay yay
