y'all probs don't know cuz I haven't talked or implied anything about it but I'm a very very vivid maladaptive daydreamer and I usually have fixations on specific animes or movies or book etc for a while before I move on to my next fixation.
That being said, my current fixation is Wind Breaker and I keep imagining Sakura having an older sister but she/he didn't go with him to Makochi because he says he wants to do things on his on like always, and ofc reader is sad about this cuz she wants her younger bro to rely on them more but nonetheless respects Sakura's wishes.
Now also, the reader isn't Sakura's bio sibling, they kinda just unofficially adopted him and took care of him when he was younger, and obvs back then he'd have relied on them more. I also keep imagining reader as black/African but not from a specific ethnicity or tribe, and I imagine them having long/medium locs that they cut to an afro regularly (if I make it a series) cuz their hair grows fast (it's my dream so why not implement it?)
Anyways so maybe at one point, let's say after the KEEL fight while they were talking to Umemiya and they had one of their speeches about relying on each other and so on and so forth, he gets nostalgic and actually misses the reader so he calls her on the way home- because the reader had him memorise their number before he left for Makochi- and is like 'I miss you' or 'can you come here' or something like that and obviously because reader can't deny their little brother finally relying on them (and because it's not like they have anything better to do anyways) they go to Makochi for him
And then like idk, the reader would probs make Sakura stay outta school for 1-2 weeks to go on a shopping spree and get him to move in with them in a nicer house, and during this time Sakura kinda has no time to inform his friends so they worry about him and go to his old rusty apartment and find out it's on sale or up for destruction or smth and they can't find him and his location is turned off for whatever reason so they can't really do anything.
And then one day during the 1-2 week off period for Sakura, he bumps into Suo, Nirei, Tsugeura and Kiryu at the grocery shop and they of course notice the little plasters on his face (that he got during training with the reader) and they think he's in some kinda predicament but of course they also don't notice the overflowing cart he's wheeling around and then the reader comes up, puts something in the cart and tells him it's time to go and the four of em are just like 'they must be the one beating up our beloved Sakura' but they can't do anything about cuz they're in a grocery store and they don't exactly know the situation just yet. And also cuz 'if they're able to beat up Sakura this much then we have no chance' so ye
And then Sakura returns to school at last and they all swarm him and are like 'we'll beat that bitch up for you cuz' and Sakura's just so confused and then he explains that the reader was his older sibling and blah blah blah and then during and uneventful week, they plan to all hang out together and Sakura being the socially awkward dunce he is asks for the readers help and he is like just invite them here for the sleep over and doesn't tell Sakura why they suggested that but it's really only cuz they wanted to see who these 'friends' of their little brother is cuz Sakura doesn't have friends
So they get invited to the sleepover at Sakura's (the readers) house and then they understand that Sakura wasn't lying about his older sibling cuz ofc they didn't believe him before and thought he just didn't want them in his business so now they're all awkward around the reader and all but the reader is lwk just observing them cuz they're kinda an ambivert and shit and they're not comfortable with the other boys yet
And then maybe later they meet Tsubakino and they become friends to best friends to dating cuz Tsubakino got persuaded to go on a date with them cuz everyone feels bad for him cuz Umemiya is obvs so oblivious and the two really end up hitting it off and then maybe I'll write my first smut fic at the end cuz Tsubakino is so damn fine. Oh and the reader would be like so good at makeup and fashion and other things cuz they're like a hobby and skills collector or they just like trying so many different things
Yeah.
And depending on the answer to the poll, I'll make another post regarding more in detailed specifics
So should I write this?
yes
no
Remaining time: 2 days 17 hours
This might also be anime only based timeline wise depending on how fast I finish the manga BUT I don't think that really matters since the only thing that's be with mentioning is the KEEL battle and maybe a few thug fights and maybe the fight with that guy- the one who wanted Sakura to leave furin and dead the ofurin I think? Idk

not necessarily a requirement, just a cute idea I had, but you may do with it as you wish.
reader is in general studies but also iida’s friend and they run into him in public while he’s with his mom and brother and they momentarily panic because if they had known they’d be meeting his family they wouldn’t have come out wearing cargo shorts and a shirt that shows their whole arm tattoo!
oh but what’s this? turns out he’s actually talked about them, especially what a skilled artist they are. and apparently they look exactly how he described them, whatever that means 👀👀
Was watching TenSura when I saw this so I had a bit of inspiration but I've been on a brain block for a while so it's basically slop 😀✌🏽
Credit ☝🏽to Pinterest
You and Iida have been friends for a while, which some would say is quite unexpected since he's in the infamous hero class 1A and you're in general studies. That being said, you've also always had feelings for him that go beyond just friendship, though you'd never admit it, even to yourself. Which is why meeting his family in an overcrowded mall, wearing nothing but cargo shorts and a shirt with short enough arms to show the tattoo covering most of your left arm.
"oh, hello dear! You're /Name/ yes? Ah, Tenya has said so much about you!"
"mother!"
Tensei laughed at his younger brother as he faced you. "its nice to finally meet you. Tenya has been talking about you for a while. Oh I'm Tensei by the way-"
"ah, yes I know... Um, Tenya's been talking about me?" you couldn't seem to stop the stupidly bashful smile that graced your face at the thought.
Then again he could be saying bad things-
"alright that's enough! Mother, Tensei, you are sharing personal and intimate information to which you have no right in doing so!"
Tensei chuckled as he glanced at his mother then back at you. "it's mostly always about how skilled and talented you are as an artist."
"and it seems you really do have an eye for art. Tell me dear, what does theta tattoo symbolise? Is it something special?"
"oh well-"
"mother, you cannot ask such intimate questions directly, it is deeply personal-"
"oh? But just a few days ago you were talking about how you would love to ask her about her favourite pieces of art,- "
Tenya begun sputtering, trying and failing to stop his brother from spilling more secrets. You were so invested in their squabbling that you got startled when their mother wrapped her hands around your arm, murmuring.
"you know, you look exactly how he described you."
You wanted to ask what she meant by that, how did he describe you, did he really talk about you that much? But of course, you didn't get the chance.
"might I remind you that we have places to be. We're short on time so let's get going now!"
"ah come on now Tenya, we have almost an hour left. Don't you want to spend more time with your classmate?"
"LET'S GO!"
Mrs. Iida patted your hand as she walked off alongside Tensei and Tenya turned to you, eyes downcast and face red. "I-i shall see you in school then /Name/!" And then he ran jogged off behind the other two.
What a weird family, you didn't even get a full sentence in. ... But at least Tenya seems to reciprocate your feelings.
Imagine being a teen singer that's very popular abroad and having Tenya Iida as your boyfriend - while he's in his 2nd year at UA
I would imagine y'all met at some sort of event nd even though y'all's music taste were polar opposites, Tenya loved you and vice versa.
Then one day during a routine nightly hangout for the class, Mina suggests everyone put on their favourite playlist on shuffle so when a song comes on everyone tries to guess who's playlist it's from.
Then comes on a song no one seems to know and everyone guesses Katsuki or smth and Tenya reveals that it's from his playlist and everyone's shocked cuz...
Then Tenya explains that it's your song and that even though your music taste is very different from his, he loves to support you by listening to your songs. And everyone's just like....
"YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND???? ”
I imagine reader being African and giving Neoni vibes fr
i had a thought about teen!r x tim just acting like dumb kids idk… like they’d call each other husband playfully and joke about stuff, they weren’t even dating when that whole thing started and the relationship just kind of slowly morphed without needing to say anything (maybe some batfam cameo too, tim gets teased so much but he’s still in denial) ouhhh i’m so soft rn feeling emoshunal teen love is so cute :(

CASE FILE 001-A: “Red Robin’s Domestic Crisis.”
PAIRING: Tim Drake × Male Reader
CASE STATUS:
▪️Closed
CASE TYPE:
You and Tim are not dating. The “husband” thing is just a joke, obviously, and anyone who thinks otherwise is wrong (according to him). The Batfam, unfortunately, is more than happy to point it out and he has to deal with the fact that everyone else came to terms with it before he did.
Well, it starts like a joke.
“Move, husband,” you say, nudging Tim’s shoulder with yours as you squeeze past him in the hallway.
He barely looks up from his phone. “Rude. I’m literally carrying all of the weight of this entire operation.”
“You mean the group project you’ve redone five times because you don’t trust anyone else to breathe near it?” You raised a brow slowly.
Tim finally glances at you, flat and unimpressed in the way only he can manage. “Be a good husband and appreciate my dedication.”
That makes you snort. “Yes, dear.”
It isn’t even consistent at first. Just the little things.
You steal his pencil, he calls you “ungrateful spouse.” You sit next to him in the library, he mutters “oh, hey, my beloved showed up.” You bring him snacks, he smiles like you’ve fulfilled a lifelong vow.
“Fix your posture,” you tell him one afternoon, leaning over the table in the library.
Tim doesn’t even look offended. “Is that how you speak to your husband?”
“Yes,” you say immediately. “Be good and sit up before you turn into a cashew.”
“You’re impossible.” He obeys, but only to prove a point. No other reason.
“And yet you married me.”
Tim mutters, “Regrettably.”
…
Later, he starts doing it without prompting.
You’re half asleep when he taps your forehead lightly. “Wake up… your spouse requires urgent support.”
You blink at him. “That’s.. not how marriage works.”
“Well, too late for that, we already signed the paperwork in my head.” He smirked.
“You forged legal documents?”
“I’m a Drake. We’re efficient.”
You laugh and he looks satisfied, like that was the goal more than the joke itself. And it keeps going like that. Small and stupid like:
“You’re failing your husband duties by laughing at me.”
“Ughh.. my spouse is neglecting me again.”
It’s late evening in the kitchen when Tim walks in, still half in suit from patrol, grabbing a glass of water. Dick is already there, perched on the counter.
“So,” Dick says casually, swinging his legs, “how’s married life?”
“…What are you talking about?”
Dick’s grin widens. “Oh, you know. The whole ‘be a good husband’ situation you’ve got going on.”
“It’s a joke,” Tim says immediately, too fast.
“Sureeee,” Dick replies, dragging it out. “A very committed joke. Real lifetime partnership energy.”
“We’re just messing around.” Tim murmurs into his cup of water as he takes a sip.
“Uh-huh.” Dick hops down from the counter. “You mess around like you’re filing, I don’t know, joint taxes.”
Tim doesn’t respond to that, asides from a sigh. Which, unfortunately, is also an answer.
…
Jason hears about it later, and of course he hears it wrong first. He’s in the training room when Tim passes through, and he doesn’t even look away from the punching bag.
“So you finally got hitched, huh?”
Tim stops walking. “No.”
Jason smirks. “That’s not what Dick said.”
“I’m going to assume Dick said something stupid.”
Jason finally looks over, amused. “He said you’ve got a husband now.”
Tim pinches the bridge of his nose. “It’s a joke.”
“Yeah? You call him that in the field too?”
“That was once.”
“That’s once more than zero.”
Tim walks away before it can become a full interrogation.
Jason watches him go and calls after him, “Tell your spouse I said hi!”
“He’s not my—”
But Jason was already laughing.
…
Tim finds Damian in the library later, sitting straight in a chair that looks too big for him, sharpening a pencil like it’s a blade.
Damian looks up. “Grayson says you have entered into a matrimonial arrangement.”
“No.”
“A mock marriage?” Damian tilts his head slightly.
“Yes.”
“A foolish one?”
Tim exhales. “It’s a joke, Damian.”
Damian goes back to sharpening. “You are unusually tolerant of this individual.”
“I tolerate all of you.”
“That is false.” Damian continues, unbothered. “You respond faster to him. You allow physical proximity without irritation. You have never corrected his usage of marital terminology in a meaningful way.”
“It’s not meaningful,” Tim says.
Damian finally looks up again. “Then why do you hesitate before denying it?”
Tim adjusts his sleeve. “It’s just funny.”
“Denial is inefficient.”
…
Stephanie is also worse.
She sprinted towards Tim in the hallway with both hands full of equipment bags. “Ooooh,” she cooes instantly. “How’s married life treating you?”
Tim groans. “Not you too.”
“Yeah! I heard you’re domestic now.” She leans in like it’s classified intel and whispers, “Do you cook? Do you fight over chores? Do you say ‘yes dear’ yet?”
“It’s not real.”
“Sounds real,” she practically sings.
“It’s seriously just a joke!” Tim said indignantly.
“Sure,” she says, stretching the word. “A joke where you’ve basically adopted a boyfriend.”
“I’m leaving.”
“Tell your husband I said hi!”
He doesn’t respond but his ears are turning red.
…
Barbara doesn’t ease into it either, which of course, sucks for Tim. It’s another late call and the screen glows faintly in the background, green code reflecting off her glasses. Tim is mid-report, standing in the cave with his tablet, trying very hard to sound normal.
“You’ve been syncing patrol routes around his schedule,” Barbara says.
“That’s not—”
“It is,” she cuts in, calm but certain. “And you don’t do ‘not deliberate’ things, Tim.”
Silence.
Barbara leans back slightly in her chair. “Also,” she adds, like she’s switching topics but absolutely isn’t, “I know teen love when I see it.”
She continues, tone far too casual for what she’s saying. “And you? Totally soft for that guy.”
“I’m not—” he starts.
Barbara lifts a hand. “Don’t.”
That single word shuts it down more effectively than a screaming argument ever could.
Tim exhales. “It’s not like that.”
Barbara watches him through the screen, expression gentler now, but still knowing. “Then what is it?” she asks.
He hesitates for too long, and that’s the problem because whatever answer he was going to give… doesn’t come out to be believable anymore.
“It’s a joke,” he says finally, quieter this time.
She just nods. “Sure. A joke.”
And through all of it, Tim keeps insisting the same thing.
It’s a joke.
A simple running bit.
Something stupid between two people.
But jokes don’t usually make him look up when someone walks into a room. They don’t usually stick around this long. And they definitely don’t make everyone else start noticing before he does.
Tim stares at the screen a little longer than he means to.
The message is simple—just four words that feel heavier than they should.
“I want to talk to you.”
Before he can overthink it further, the phone buzzes again.
“Yes, my darling husband?”
Of course.
Tim exhales through his nose, something between a laugh and resignation. His thumb hovers for a second, then starts typing.
“Stop calling me that.”
He deletes it and tries again.
“Are you busy?”
Too casual, so he deleted it too.
He locks the screen for half a second, then unlocks it again like that would reset his brain.
This is ridiculous. He’s faced down armed criminals and dismantled hacking networks—and somehow texting is what’s breaking him.
He finally types:
“Can you meet me? Tonight.”
Almost immediately, the reply from you comes through.
“Yeah. Where, honey?”
Tim shuts his eyes for a second. Stop calling me that, he almost types. Instead:
“Roof. The usual one.”
No reply after that. He just hopes you listen.
…
He gets there first.
Gotham air is cold enough to bite through fabric but Tim barely notices. He’s already running through every possible version of this conversation in his head, none of them good enough.
Footsteps approach behind him a few minutes later.
You step up beside him. “So,” you say. “This is serious business or just emotional support husband duties?”
Tim lets out a breath he didn’t realize he was holding.
“Serious,” he finally says.
“Okay,” you say, quieter. “Talk to me.”
Tim looks out over Gotham for a second longer, like he needs something steady to focus on before he says anything.
“I think… I think I might actually like you.” He looks at you softly. “I don’t know when it stopped being a joke, but it did.”
A pause as the wind moves between you both, sharp and cold.
Tim continues anyway, “And I don’t expect anything from you. I just needed to admit it.”
“…You feel it too?”
He just blinks. “What?”
You look just as surprised as he feels.
Your brows lift, your expression caught somewhere between disbelief and relief, as though you’d expected almost any response except the one he’d given.
“Do you feel it too?” you repeated.
“…Too?”
You scratch the back of your neck, suddenly looking a lot less confident than the boy who’d spent months calling him husband and all those pet names without a second thought.
“I mean…” You let out a nervous laugh. “Yeah. Um, I kind of thought I was the one who accidentally ruined the joke.”
Tim just stares. “You like me.”
“Uh-huh.”
“You’ve been calling me ‘husband’ and ‘honey’ this entire time while actually—”
“Yep..”
Another pause.
“I didn’t mean for it to happen. It was funny at first. Then I started looking forward to hearing you say it back.”
Tim’s heart does something deeply inconvenient.
“I’d catch myself wondering if you’d text me that day.” You smile to yourself, small and sheepish. “Or I’d hear something dumb and think, ‘Tim’s going to roll his eyes so hard at this.’”
Tim can only gape at you.
For someone who always has a response, always has another angle or argument ready, his mind is completely blank.
“You seriously…” he mumbles at last.
“I seriously like you.”
Tim lets out a slow breath. “I spent four days trying to convince myself Dick was imagining things.”
“He wasn’t?”
“No.”
“Jason?”
“…Unfortunately not.”
“The rest of your family?”
“They’re going to be unbearable.”
“So… they figured it out before we did?”
“…Yeah,” he admits.
“Huh.”
“Hm.”
“Sooo…” You nudge his shoulder with yours, almost experimentally.
“So.”
“Does this mean I was being a good spouse this whole time?”
Tim groans, dropping his face into one hand. “You had one chance to be serious.”
“I was serious for, like, two full minutes!”
“You lasted eighty seconds at most.”
“I think that’s a personal record.”
Against his better judgment, Tim laughs.
You brighten immediately at the sound. “There he is.”
“Oh, don’t start.”
“I can’t help it.” You bump him again. “It’s nice hearing my husband laugh.”
Tim shakes his head, already smiling.
“…You’re impossible.”
“And yet,” you say, reaching over to lace your fingers through his with effortless certainty, “you still like me.”
Tim looks down at your joined hands.
Then back at you.
“…Yeah,” he says, giving your hand the slightest squeeze. “I really do.”

tim having a crush on jason’s roommate and to purely piss him off jason and r trick tim into thinking they’re dating for real
Stop Waiting For Roommates 😴
Warning: None! Fluff. No established relationship. No use of (y/n)
Note: They're sooo cute (annoying) when you get past all the old replacement and dead jokes.
!!------------------------------------!!
Jason and Tim have never had the best relationship, but earnestly, did any of the brothers? Still, in recent years, the two of them could be considered closer than ever. Truly recognizing one another as siblings. Someone you could rely on. Someone you could trust. And if Jason were Dickie he'd even believe Tim when he'd drop by unannounced simply to 'hang out'.
He isn't, though. The little shit totally has the hots for you.
Look, Jason will always feel like the perpetually younger brother who has a right to be annoying and pestering, but he can't lie that it isn't endearing to watch the poor kid trip over himself to gain both your attention and approval. Maybe he really should start living up to his big brother role more.
Nah.
Honestly, Jason hadn't planned on doing anything about it other than teasing Tim here and there, but after a particularly grueling patrol, the damn twerp had eaten his food the second his back was turned. The food that he bought with his own hard-earned cash! Not...that he had a paying job, but still. Money is money, laundered, stolen, or not.
So big brother Jason, with you in tow, devised something truly devious and totally petty. He was gonna fake date you, of course. What other form of subtle leverage would Jason have over Tim? (A lot, but this is easier, and frankly more fun).
The next time you find Tim crawling through your shared apartment's windows, you'd casually call: babe! Your brother is here. You didn't need to face Tim to see the absolute dead freeze he performed. It was hard not to break character right then and there.
Babe? Babe. Babe. The nickname echoed throughout Tim's mind as he took his usual place across from you on the couch. When did that happen? Were you always the type to refer to someone like that so casually? Because Jason certainly wasn't the type to casually receive it.
"Yeah, nice to see you too, babe." Tim mocks some when Jason peeks in. The younger Robin glares some at his elder, but it's paid little mind when the big Robin begins to pull ingredients out to prepare dinner with.
Throughout Tim's visit, he watches the two of you like a hawk. Every brush, every conversational exchange. He didn't want to straight-up ask because, deep down, Tim really didn't want to know the answer. He supposed it's only natural that you'd fall for your own roommate faster than you would said roomates brother that drops in every once in a blue moon, but still!
Damn, second place again then. That's...fine. He's happy for Jason, even if Tim thinks you could totally do a hundred percent better than the brute (like himself, for instance).
On Tim's way out, he doesn't side hug you like usual, and even opts to use the front door like a normal person. A visible slouch in his figure as Jason comes to see him out. Before he can leave, Jason wraps an arm around the dork's shoulder and reels him in to whisper.
"Take your shot with them already, or else I'll really get sick of waiting for you, got it?"
Scratch that, Tim left your shared apartment with a refreshed pep in his step that day.
ᯓ★ [+18] ★ Jon accidentally on purpose overhears his two best friends doing it. I'm aware this isn't how super-hearing works. Great title I know thank you. ★ᯓ
Jon’s always been a well-mannered young man. It’s been said by his parents, teachers, professors, bosses, random people he meets on the street, and he always believed that himself, until now.
Because if that was the case, then why can’t he fly away? Far enough so he can’t hear his two best friends going at it like rabbits.
He’s just been floating a few feet above the roof of your apartment building, stock still ever since he zoomed over five minutes ago.
He didn’t mean to, he really didn’t mean to, but when he first heard your groan he thought you were hurt. Then he picked up the quiet sucking and even the faint sound of your slick.
You let out a sound that was far more lewd than the first and Jon’s hand shot up to cover his mouth, as if there was anyone around to hear the man’s sharp intake of breath.
Sheets rustle and Jon imagines you clutching the fabric between your fingers. He hears a lewd slurp and imagines Damian right between your thighs, lapping and sucking at just the right places.
Jon’s fists clench at his sides when he hears your moans grow louder and a little higher. Sheets shuffle and he pictures your back arching off the bed, grinding up into his best friend’s face.
You groan his name so unabashedly, in a way Jon never dared to consider you could. You sound like you’ve been waiting for this all day and your boyfriend’s finally giving it to you and giving it well.
Jon can almost see it, your fingers in his friend’s dark hair, your thighs squeezing around his head as you cum around his apparently deft fingers and skilled mouth.
He’d be lying if he said he’d never thought of you two like this before. You were a hot couple and you were both such good friends to him.
You’d always ask him to tag along on what could’ve been dates between just the two of you; you invited him to sleep overs where you’d both squish him between you on the couch and you’d cook dinners with him at your apartment. You'd bring him along on vacations, to the park, the beach, the movies.
You've done an array of things with him that you could’ve just done as a couple but instead chose to invite him along because you’re both such good friends to him-- even if Damian can’t admit it outright most of the time.
It’s only natural then, that he’d think about what other couple things you’d want him to participate in...right?
How was he supposed to constantly see the way you look at Damian and not imagine you looking at him the same way? How was he not supposed to imagine Damian giving him gentle little touches like he did with you. Honestly, his restraint so far has been admirable.
Now all that’s out the window. He just heard Damian make you cum on his tongue and as red as his face probably is, he’s not flying an inch further away from your apartment like he should.
All he can hear are soft kissing sounds and you trying to even out your breathing, and suddenly, a new wave of guilt hits him.
He doesn’t even want to think about what he’ll do with his hard-on but he has to leave. He runs his hands through his already wild hair, trying to will himself to move. The moment is so tender and quiet, he wants nothing more than to be in that room.
Then he hears fabric shuffling and a belt buckle hit the floor.
“Look at me, Hayati.“
It’s such a simple, gentle command yet it has both you and Jon at attention. He hears the bed creak, a short silence.
“Just keep your eyes on me.”
You reply with a breathy, “'kay.“
There’s a pause before you let out a choked groan, and then a wet squelch. Jon has to squeeze his thighs together when he imagines his friend bottoming out in his other friend’s soaked heat, their eyes never straying from the other's.
“So good to me, Beloved.”
And now that his lips are free, Jon makes a new world-shattering discovery: Damian’s a talker.
“Ya Rouhi, I’d be a happy man if all I ever lived for was to pleasure you.”
His voice is thick, accompanied by your soft sounds of pleasure and the slow, slick plaps that make it to Jon’s red ears.
“I’ll always give you everything, Hayati. You deserve more than I can give.“
You both let out deep grunts in time with his steadily increasing pace. The sheets shuffle and Damian must have switched the position up because you curse and cry out.
“I’m yours in every way and I know you’re mine.”
It must be beautiful, Jon thinks, Damian’s lidded eyes matching yours, your hips matching his thrusts, bodies sticking together, shared breaths. Jon ignores the worsening wet spot in his underwear, his suit feeling tight on his growing hardness.
He holds his breath so he can better hear the exact moment you and Damian cum together. Maybe you’re still locking eyes, maybe your foreheads are pressed together, but all he can hear is your mixed moans and the stalling of your hips as Damian fills you up.
Once more, the only thing left to hear after the high is soft kissing and harsh breaths. Nothing but Damian’s husky,
“I love you, Hayati.”
Between kisses and your croaked hum in return, “Love you too, babe. S'good to me.”
You mumble the sweetest praises in-between kisses and Jon can hear Damian’s heart beat a bit faster, can hear the sheets shuffle as he imagines the man shoving his face into his girlfriend’s neck at such sweet words being uttered to him. You always did say he was a secret sap, not that it was much of a secret between you three, but Jon only realises now just how true that really is.
As the moment grows quieter, Jon’s guilt only grows again. The sound of the city comes rushing back and his head spins around the various apartment buildings around him as if someone could’ve possibly known what he was doing.
Regardless, he can’t stay here, listening to your extremely private moment. There's no pretense of shock keeping him here anymore, he's just being a creep! No better than a criminal!
Unbeknownst to Jon, both you and Damian heard his distinct sonic boom when he flew off and you’re now staring at each other with matching wide eyes.
You’re the first to break the silence with a laugh, shoving your face in your hands. “You don’t think he...?”
Damian runs a hand through his hair with a groan that doesn't hide his embarrassment.
“I told him he should come over today.”
“And you forgot?!”
“I was distracted.”
---Then poor Jon jerks off to his bffs and then cries because he feels bad about it. 😭💔
summary — men in glasses are so hot. And you’re sure Tim would look even hotter in them. If only he’d take a fucking hint…
You could only leave so many hints.
For the smartest person you knew, Tim Drake sure was acting like a clueless idiot. You did everything! And by everything, I mean everything!!
All you wanted was for him to wear glasses. No I mean seriously, your brain short circuited at the thought of Tim in glasses. Cause we can all agree, men in glasses is the hottest thing ever.
You started by leaving a pair of reading glasses you bought him next to his bedside table every morning, and somehow the most observant guy ever didn’t observe them. It went on for three days before you decided to switch their location.
If there was one place Tim’s eyes were guaranteed to focus on in the morning, it was the espresso machine. You set the stylish, sleek black frames right on top of his favorite mug. Surely he couldn't miss them now. You sat at the kitchen island, sipping your tea, waiting for the exact moment his brain registered the object.
Tim stumbled into the kitchen at 6:00 AM, lHe reached out, picked up the glasses with two fingers, set them gently on the counter next to the sugar bowl, poured his coffee, and walked away.
He didn't even look at them.
You stared at his retreating back, your mouth slightly agape. Are you actual bullshitting me right now, Timothy?
Okay, subtle wasn't working. It was time to invade his sacred space.
While he was out on patrol, you snuck down to the Batcave and laid the glasses directly in front of his central monitor, resting right on his keyboard. There was zero chance he could type a single line of code without touching them.
When he finally returned, cowl pulled down around his neck, hair sticking up in endearing chaotic waves, he sat down at the console. He picked up the glasses, frowned at them for a fraction of a second, moved them six inches to the left, and immediately began typing furiously about a cold case in the East End.
You, watching from the top of the stairs, nearly pulled your own hair out. He was literally a master detective. He tracked international assassins for fun. But a pair of glasses sitting on his keyboard? Completely invisible.
By day nine, you had lost your mind.
You were currently sitting on the couch in his apartment, watching him hunched over a stack of reports that were about who knows what. His eyes were bloodshot, squinting heavily at the fine print under the dim lamp light.
You stood up, picked up the glasses—which had been sitting on his desk as a paperweight for the last two days—and walked over.
"Do your eyes hurt?" you asked, leaning over his chair.
"No," Tim mumbled, rubbing his temples, not looking up from the page.
You held out the sleek frames right in front of his nose. "Glasses. In case."
"No," he grunted, gently pushing your hand aside to keep staring at a spreadsheet. "I don't need them."
Your remaining sanity snapped in half. You slammed your other hand onto the desk, shoving the glasses right into his grip.
“WEAR. THE. FUCKING. GLASSES.”
Tim flinched, blinking at you in utter shock as your sudden shout shattered the quiet room. "What? Wait—why do you keep moving those around anyway? I thought Dick was leaving his stuff here again."
You choked on air. "Dick's stuff?!"
"Yeah," Tim said innocently, holding the frames up to inspect them. "I thought someone left them behind. Wait did you get these ?
"Tim. Put. Them. On." You pointed a finger inches from his face, your tone leaving zero room for negotiation. "I swear Timothy you better put them on NOW or ELSE I swear I’m throwing all your shit out the window. I’m not playing around."
Tim blinked, realizing you were dead serious and dangerously close to executing that threat. "Okay, okay! Chill, I'm putting them on!"
He unfolded the arms of the glasses and slipped them over his ears, adjusting them slightly on the bridge of his nose. He looked back up at you, his blue eyes suddenly framed perfectly by the sharp, dark rims, making him look unfairly handsome, sophisticated, and ridiculous all at once.
Your brain instantly flatlined.
The silence in the room stretched for five long seconds.
"What?" Tim asked, suddenly self-conscious, reaching up to take them off. "Do I look ridiculous? Are they blurry? They're non-prescription, right—"
"Don't you fucking touch them," you choked out, slapping his hand away from his face.
Tim froze, his hand hovering in mid-air. "Huh?"
"Tim, what the fuck," you whispered, taking a step back and grabbing your own face in sheer disbelief. You paced back and forth in front of his desk. "What the fuck. You look—oh my God."
"I... look good?" Tim asked, a slow, hesitant smirk starting to tug at the corner of his lips as he realized what was actually happening.
"You look absurd. You look illegal. NEVER take those off," you demanded, pointing at him accusingly. "I am placing a court order on your face. Those stay on forever. You're sleeping in them. You're patrolling in them."
Tim chuckled, leaning back in his chair, his eyes crinkling behind the lenses as he crossed his arms. "So... all those random places you left them..."
"I was trying to be romantic and subtle, you idiot!"
"Right," Tim said, his smirk widening as he reached up to lightly tap the frame. "Well. Guess I'm wearing glasses now."
