Alethia was born on the 16th of Sun's Dawn, 2E 562 under The Lover birth sign.
In my canon, at the very least six years have passed since 582, so she is 26, and therefore, 973 years old in 4E 201.
By ESO canon standards she would be 967 years old in 4E 201.
Occupation: Priestess and Oracle of Mara, member of the Psijic Order, Adept scholar of the Mage's Guild, and member of house Ravenwatch.
Background: Born from the coupling of an Altmer father(Meriano) and Nord mother(Ylva), Alethia spent the first ten years of her childhood in the seaside village known as Lillandril. Her Altmer ancestry can be traced back to clans Auralus and Errinorne, where tensions began to rise due to the birth of herself and her three sisters (Anitra, Asta, Angelica). Due to her illness, and being claimed Apraxic by her paternal grandmother, Alethia is taken to an abbey of Mara in Solitude. Upon her 20th birthday, Alethia would travel to a Temple of Mara located in Stormhaven to join the Order of Maran Knights.
• Gabriel—Close friend. A Maran Knight that befriends Alethia. They become quite close as Gabriel acts as her protector and confidant prior to the Worm Cult's attack.
• Vanus Galerion—Mentor and family friend. Having known her father, Meriano, Vanus does his best to keep Alethia mentally and physically safe. After the events of the Planemeld, Vanus personally oversees her training.
• Fennorian Ravenwatch—Close friend and eventual lover. Fennorian and Alethia immediately 'click', given their similar interests (and shyness). Their friendship grows throughout Fennorian's work in Western Skyrim and The Reach.
• Darien Gautier—Close friend. Fighting together as allies grew their bond into a tightly wound friendship. They watch each other's backs, and swear to never give up on each other.
• Abnur Tharn—Temporary mentor and friend. While they both can be stubborn, Alethia's good nature makes it hard for Abnur to be hostile. Having seen her at her worst, Abnur begrudgingly cares for Alethia's wellbeing. He helps her utilize her Magicka during the Planemeld.
• Valsirenn—Close friend and mother figure. Having been away from family for some time, and due to Valsirenn's loss, they both find familial comfort in each other. Alethia visits Valsirenn often.
Strengths: Compassionate, generous, loyal, prudent, thoughtful, resilient, independent.
Weaknesses: Vengeful, jealous, overthinks, self-punishing, self-sacrificing, gloomy, stubborn.
No interest in: needless bloodshed, war, power, religious or political debates.
No concept of: being enough.
Character: Melancholic, reserved, yet sweet. Dependant on the situation and who she is with, she can be humorous. Very rarely shows anger unless someone she loves is hurt, or worse.
In battle: Uses a stave to control and enhance close up and ranged magical attacks. Typically dabbles in the destruction and healing schools of magic, with a special concentration in Templar spells specific to Mara. Her Magicka reserves rarely run out, but if it causes too much strain on her body, her stave functions as a weapon itself.
Distinguishing marks: Large, down turned turquoise eyes. Knee-length red hair, plump figure, long, soft-edged ears. Pale skin that seems nearly transparent at times.
• Loves bread and sweets and will eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if she can
• Dislikes meat because of how 'bloody' it looks
• Loves flowers and enjoys walking through gardens in her spare time
• doodles in her spare time—mostly travel companions/friends, animals, architecture, and flowers
