made a Manimal OC. This one is a typical “villain” but a saturday morning cartoon type, has his own evil laughter, and his own evil lair. He's mostly more Mischievous than pure evil. he got turned into a duck-billed platypus. A shame that platypuses cant generate electricity like his usual villainous self can, but at least they can detect them!
Everyone calls him as Dr Stormwell, only the Player calls him his first name.
