{ Snow Queen }

Not like that really mattered to Barry. His mind tended to be one tracked which meant he hardly took the time to focus on multiple things as his mind was always going. He was probably suppose to be doing homework right now, but he would find that to be more important later. For now, he wanted to get to know his newest capture better after going out to Route 5 with Lucas a few days ago.

"Alright today we’re gonna do some intense bonding today!" Barry announced to the small electric rodent as he crouched down to be as close to eye level as he could. The Emolga of course only stared at him in confusion. It was still trying to get used to its hyperactive trainer who was more high sprunge than itself. "First things first. All my Pokemon have to be able to keep up with me. Think ya can manage that?" He poked the tiny squirrel on the cheek.

"Emolg!" The Pokemon squeaked at his trainer before pushing away the hand evading its privacy. It had already been proven that Barry was fast but it would have more fun since the area they were in had a few trees and buildings. At the thought, the Emolga glided up into one of them and began bounding off.

"Hey!" Barry called in annoyance. "I said keep up with me! Not me keep up with you!" He gave a small huff before chasing after the Pokemon. This probably went on a few minutes for the two of them until Barry finally lost sight of the little rodent.

Pouting, the boy began walking around with his eyes constantly in the trees. He was so caught up in looking up, that he didn’t even see the bench that was placed out in front of him which caused him to tumble. “Hey! Don’t go putting stuff in my way! Otherwise I’m gonna have to fine yo — ”

Amber eyes grew wide at he began to remember the familiar face. “Deedee!!!” He exclaimed with a grin before latching onto the girl. Talk about invading personal space.

He glanced down, just noting that he was very close to his trainer. In fact, he should scurry down to warn her.

"Hey! ---" Oh no... He was too late.

Platinum, meanwhile, continued to sip on her drink, oblivious to her surroundings at the time --- at least until the other trainer bumped into the bench and started yelling at her for something she didn't do. Her brow twitched in annoyance. She didn't like being accused for something she couldn't control, especially by someone she has never met."Excuse me, but I didn't put anything in your wa---"

She gasped as a pair of arms wrapped around her, causing her hot chocolate to slip from her hands and spill onto the ground (luckily). She whipped her head around to see who this intruder was, ready to sic Pachirisu on him; but froze upon seeing the familiar styled locks of blonde hair on top of a familiar face. Her mouth was agape as she quickly raked her brain for his name that slipped suddenly; thankfully she had gotten the name again or she would never hear the end of it.

"Barry?" Her look of shock soon transformed to a look of happiness and excitement. Finally, someone she knew! A giggle left her lips as she tried to turn around to return the hug (such an awkward position). "How have you been? It feels like it's been ages since I've last seen you!" How long it actually was was unknown to her. It didn't matter now, though. She was reunited with her friend. 

“It is not that bad…if you have me. When you go out…what do you like to do? Whatever you’d like I can provide.” Lucy took a drag of her cigarette. “It would be no trouble to get you in….There is nowhere in this world that I cannot get into….””

Lucy took her cellphone out of her messenger bag, and took out her cellphone. For a minute she struggled to make the phone call but it went though. “Hey babes…can you get the team together…I have this gorgeous girl who needs your help asap…And I would not mind a little myself…Thank you~” Lucy smiled, “They will be there in 15 minutes…and we are 10 minutes away…” Lucy extended her hand to Platina. “Shall we go…?”

"Alright. Lead the way." She gave the Pike Queen  a nod, letting her know that she was ready to get ready for any party. As they walked, she decided to think on an answer for Lucy's question.

As Lucy walked she heard the voice of a young girl. “Actually there are weekend classes sweetness…? As for parties…this city is drowning in debauchery… Though all the parties I know require a specific dress code…You seem quite lonely and in need of fun…I know of many places to do that…I have a stylist, hair dresser, and make up on call…If you are interested…”

Hearing about how the city was concerning parties caused Platinum to frown. "That bad, hm?" Plus dress codes? Debauchery plus specific dress codes did not equal to the same parties she was use to.

"Well, I haven't been to a party for a while, but if it's too much trouble just to get into one, then I better not." Wanting no regrets was a good excuse, right? Platinum sighed quietly to herself. She did feel a bit lonely -- minus her Pokemon -- since she hasn't gotten the chance to make too many friends as of late. It was like playing a tough game of hide-and-seek, everyone was hiding, and she was somehow chosen to be it.

She thought about it for a moment, wondering perhaps she should give one of these parties a taste. This would also give her the opportunity to get to know more about the dean. So, in a way, she would be killing two Pidgey with one stone. Plus, a little fun couldn't hurt.

^ Internal Rene currently dancing over the information that the ring held no such meaning. Possibly even just a cover-up to keep herself from getting hit on,  which it might’ve totally worked (maybe) had she not mentioned it!

"Ahh, hmm, I see then. That makes sense! It’s certainly a wonderful mechanism to bat off the boys as well though, if I were you I’d keep it there. After all, no girl really wants to end up accidentally pregnant during her College experience. right?" Bring it down a notch Rene, that was a little too upfront.

Feeling the hand on her shoulder almost felt reassuring. Almost. She wasn't quite use to others freely touching her, especially without a warning. It wasn't as if she didn't like being touched, but instead it was the fact that their hand could quickly go to her hair to mess it up, or could take her scarf, or staining her favorite jacket/dress. She mentally shrugged it off for now when the offer to find another student to help her around came up.

"Oh, that would be great." Hm, hopefully she didn't sound like she didn't want to be around Rene anymore. In fact, getting to know the Girl's Guidance Counselor was one of her top priorities. "Well, you can show me part of the campus until we do find another student that knows more." There. Now hopefully she doesn't sound rude. She really needs to work on that.

”..Uhh, yep, that’d be me.” She couldn’t help but wonder if that was how granddad felt whenever people questioned if he was the Professor. “Oh, please, it’s surely my pleasure to greet a new student.” Glancing at the ring, she was a little disappointed that she was spoken for. “Engaged are we?” Smiling as she just loosely commented about it. Not that it mattered, she’s turned girls a few times before.

"Engaged?"

What ever could she mean? Her research? Her wanting to be a part of the Student Union? Her---

Wait... The ring!

It took her a moment for her to realize that she meant the ring that she was playing with. Her cheeks started to turn a light pink. "Oh no! This is just a family ring and it can only fit on this finger." She chuckled lightly, never realizing that the silver ring would give that impression. Perhaps a call to the jewelry store and see if they can resize it for another one of her fingers.

Quickly, she cleared her throat as the topic was changed back about the club. "Well, I'm sure I can find them somewhere." More searching, but that was alright. Perhaps she could find out more about the other clubs or classes for a future reference. 

A light sigh escaped past her lips, deciding that some small talk wouldn't be bad right now. She had to start getting to know her other classmates and the staff. She adjusted her bag strap on her shoulder, nodding to Rene's statement. 

"Oh! Rene Brooke! The Girls Guidance Counselor." Way to show off those research skills. She gave Rene a bright smile, putting her hands together. How lucky she was for her to first run into the counselor. "A pleasure to meet you. And, oh.. I just arrived on campus a while ago." Her thumb started playing with the ring on her ring finger.

"Was she talking to me?"
