Since my sister, my brother in law, and their friend all play Minecraft like I do

I’m making a multiplayer survival world for them, with a base I’m planning on building near a village. It’ll have plenty of beds, chests, and other stuff so that we can go on lots of adventures and stuff together. I’m also creating the base by putting together a bunch of different houses and structures together, including things like a horse stable, a temple that will be used as a wizard’s tower for crafting potions, a library for books and an enchantment table, and other cool stuff.

I’m calling it “The Folding Valley”, simply because I’m a fan of naming my Minecraft worlds after places in Howl’s Moving Castle.

So what do you think about the idea? It’s honestly better of an idea than the Treehouse I made in my other Minecraft world.

Putting this out there, though you can answer this question whenever you're comfortable, but I have this niche question:

How did you get the little arrows on the side of the page that lets the reader click through panels in ComicFury? I wonder if it's something having to do with how the panels in The Skybox comic were uploaded, or if it had to do with it being uploaded before Flash was taken down. Regardless, I could need some help from an experienced comic artist.

Unfortunately, I don't think I can help with specifics on this. :(

Originally I was doing those arrows on the sides of the panels for navigation in Flash, since I knew how to use Flash well enough for that. However, as I knew Flash was going to get phased out in the future, I had to start asking around about what to do about that. A VERY kind and helpful reader who knew coding was able to change my setup so that I could still do the button navigation in Javascript. I had to go back and convert all of my older comics into this new format so that they'd work once Flash was killed.

I am a coding idiot, so I don't know how to do this myself; I just followed the instructions as they were given to me. I just know it was a Javascript setup. Sorry I can't give you more info!

@lynxgriffin that’s a shame. Is there any chance I could find the person who helped you do the button navigation for Javascript? I’m also a coding idiot, but I don’t want to know a bunch of super complicated coding stuff just for a fan-comic, so I’m wondering if the instructions for the button navigation is written down somewhere.

Javascript questions, Coding, and ComicFury Panel Placement

So, I need some help with a ComicFury thing, and because I was inspired by @lynxgriffin’s Skybox comic, I wanted to try and look for a way to try and format the comic like that, but then I ran into a roadblock when I ran a test comic, and when I went to @lynxgriffin for some advice, I was told they redid the comic with Javascript, though I know just as much about that kind of coding as much as they did, so I need help with that by trying to find the person who gave @lynxgriffin the coding advice. If none of that works, I could need some help on how to draw art in comic panels without ruining the quality of the art inside the panels when posting.

This is my idea that I’m working on

So I’m going to make a sideblog for my fan comic so that way I and other people can talk about HMC/Fan comic nonsense, as well as reblog and share memes related to them. I don’t know what to call the sideblog, but the title I thought of for it would be “Calcifer’s Fireplace”, so if you guys want to help me come up with a sideblog name, that would be really awesome of you guys.

Hi! You may not answer, but I just wonder if you are planning to develop your community on fandom TCR, or so far you do not have time for this?

This is actually the first time someone has asked about that. I’m not sure what you mean by that, it sounds really vague, but I’m sure that I developed my TCR Tumblr community (The Sanctuary) as well as I could, it just doesn’t have much people in it because I set it to “Invite Only” so that porn bots don’t flood the community with spam posts. As for time, I have a lot of writing stuff on my plate, but I assure you that I’m not going to leave TCR in the dust, I’m just trying to eat the fanfic elephant in pieces. You can comment and add context to the question if you want, but for now, I’m going to try and get working on one of my many fanfics.
