- i use procreate for my art, for my animations i use procreate dreams and occasionally capcut. but The Paywall

- i only post on ao3, artfight and tumblr (same username for everything), and a lot of the time i send stuff in on discord too. so. if you see my art in the wild anywhere else i did not put it there!! you are welcome to let me know if you see it.

- maybe one day i’ll have comms but at the moment i do not :< BUT i do take requests, just don’t expect me to fill them all and we’re golden. i do things at my own pace and at my own whimsy!!

midoriya did not deserve to suffer with the power any longer than he had to, even if it may have given him, a self destructive, entirely insane teen a purpose no one could have ever dreamed of, it doomed him from the beginning.

as sad as it was to see it go, to watch the embers fade, it was always going to happen. the authors MADE it sad for a reason. you are allowed to be sad he lost his power but that burden was not something a TEENAGER—please note that the only other teenager that wielded OFA was Yagi himself, and look at him and his crippling martyr/savior/Symbol of Peace complex now—should have ever had to carry on his own.

toshinori (my baby, my boo, i love him but god) didn’t have enough information to properly help him and he, being the silly little guy he is, told him to keep it a secret, therefore cutting off any other ties to any other potential support systems he could have had to deal with the toll that comes with having a power destined to save or doom the world.

but, at the very same time, it was beautiful. it was human. it was raw unadulterated humanity and izuku must feel so grateful to have been able to experience that beauty for himself. to be able to hold it in his hands and cultivate it like a flower in a garden, his flower, his magnum opus.

what a gift it was, really.

but like I said. it’s all two sides of the same, flicked-into-the-koi-pond coin.

They do not fall to this disease in the blink of an eye.
