Hi! First of all take a deep breath. It sounds like you are very overwhelmed right now and the first step is to just take deep breaths and calm down a little bit. You say that you’re trying to do you best for self-care and self love and that is all you can do. You have to take these things one step at a time. It’s been said before by many people but I’ll say it again life is a rollercoaster and your progress and growth as a person is not going to be a smooth straight path. If you’re going through a hard place now with your anxiety and mental state or anything else you just have to keep moving forward and doing what you are already doing. Which is trying your best to strive to love yourself and take care of your self because you deserve it. If you need to cry and let it all out, then do that. You shouldn’t feel ashamed or angry at yourself for your completely valid feelings. Even if there are little things that are triggering you, it’s important to keep in mind that that’s exactly what they are tiny and they will pass but doing what you have to in order to cope with them is not a bad thing. Do what you need to for self care. Curl up and cry for a bit, but just remember to get up later and look at the day just a little bit brighter. Or maybe watch a comedy and laugh until you forget why you were upset. Just take care of yourself, because you deserve it and you are loved. You are loved by so many people and anyone could see that. Keep in mind that these people love you for how you are and nothing else. You should never worry about how people perceive you, because you are perfect. I know it can be hard to believe but you truly are. Every single tiny thing about you is perfect. You deserve all the love you can possibly imagine. So just know that you can do anything and everything you need to improve and feel better. All these people that love you are more than willing to be here and to lend an ear and advice or be a distraction. You are going to be okay. You are perfect. You are loved. Remember that and take care of yourself.
