“Is it a big palace…?” As soon as he asked that, he wanted to smack himself - of course it would be big.  The other male had said palace, after all.  “D-Do I have t’meet your family…?” He asked, somewhat nervously.

“My family? Yeah, you’ll probably have to meet my parents but they’ll leave us alone most of the time. It’s gonna be exciting! You ready? The car should be here any second. We’re guests of honor! Gonna be treated like royalty. Well, I mean, I am royalty. But you know what I mean!”

“Aww. That’s awful nice of ‘em. Though that probably ain’t the kind of good time you’re thinkin’ of.” With a snort, he gestured toward Edge. “I’m glad I ain’t the only guy rockin’ the silver. People always crack jokes about that.”

“Oh, I gotta reputation now?” Snorting, Locke folded his arms. “Tell me what they’re all sayin’ about me. I always thought I had nice eyes.”

“That’s still a date.”
