Just read an old draft I'm reviving. Referred to the prostate as x character's "sweet spot" and it made me vomit in my mouth and close the Google docs app.

Writing fanfic is slamming two dolls against eachother, saying, "guyssss nooo stop fightingggg" as if they aren't in my hands

Fic writing is going great thanks for asking. Just googled "what were door handles made of in the 1970s"

Biggest fanfic pet peeve is when I'm reading the tags and I see, "(insert specific tag here),well kinda". Am I guilty of this myself? Probably. But when looking for a specific tag on a fic and I get catfished by a fic that eludes to the tag being included in an offscreen scene, I get a little annoyed. All that being said, continue to do this, because I genuinely have no idea how this can be done better
