currently watching: Half Man, I saw some hockey show loving loser complain about how problematique it is and I just had to watch it. I'm really enjoying it so far, and I am probably going to post about it in my more unfiltered sideblog. I'd been expecting other dynamics based off how people talk about the characters. Imho, I think they tend to exaggerate Alby and Niall being "manipulative" in the earlier episodes to downplay that Ruben didn't have to do all that or don't give them the "trauma-informed" read as much as Ruben gets one. And no, I'm not saying there's no fucked up aspect about them and that Niall isn't codependent on Ruben.

current obsession: It's always Loki and IZ. Though I've been doing TNM shitposts on the sideblog to keep this blog more focused.

currently reading: Vampires of El Norte, it's set around the time of the Mexican-American war. I don't have a lot of opinions on it so far.

Currently watching - Murdoch Mysteries season 19 (will this show ever end? I doubt it). Detective series set in Toronto around the turn of the century. It very much does not take itself seriously

Current Obsession - Loki as always, but recently The Night Manager and its various ships. Teddypine of course but also the deliciously complicated Roper/Pine situations

Currently Reading - mostly Loki/Nm related fanfic. I may see if I can track down a copy of The Night Manager book and see how much they changed with the series.

Currently Working On - several WIPs, The Search for Loki, Torn in Two, Twice Bound and a NM fic where Teddy shows up during S1

Last search - likely something dog related since we just brought home a new puppy
