F/O that helps out in days you’re a bit more down than usual. Giving you some space while still being just a whisper away. They’d make sure you weren’t alone, even if that just means sitting in the same space as you.

Or if you need comfort, they’d tend to your needs. Listening to your every breath and wrapping you up in the covers.

If you felt like you needed to stay in bed, they’d let you. They’d run the errands without even being asked, and bring you comfort meals in bed. Crawling up beside you and pulling you into their chest as the rain rattles the windows.

You don’t always have to be strong or happy with them. You don’t have to be brave all the time. They will always be there for you however you may need them and never for once think of you as any less than perfection.

They see you as you are and love you even if you can't love yourself just yet.

Your F/O sees your progress even if you can't, and they are so proud of you. 💙
