Just so you all know, I got my vertical certification in flux core!

Our bags and gear ready to go on the skills trip last week. So sad I couldn’t compete. My broken foot barely healed in time for me to go on the trip with, but with a stupid limp. 
BUT our sculpture contestant got gold! And he is on his way to nationals! We will be hopefully following him there! Show him all the support he showed us.

I haven’t been able to weld cuz I broke my foot. But here is an awesome photo of my friend flux core welding. He's super cool.

Leather Face 
Had two hours to copy a special effects make up. This was the closest I could get to the make up without spending money. I made the mask by taking apart old ones and sewing them together. Painting done in class. Along with the application. There was no strap holding the mask to his head. It’s one whole face piece.

Did a Beetlejuice make up for my special effects class. Our time limit was two hours but I got it done with 30 minutes to spare. My model is a fucking awesome guy ;D
