I’m glad you asked this actually because it’s kind of funny that my most popular post includes a very very inside joke character. (Not really a joke more of just a cool little reference I do for my friends) Uhm but yeah, so like way back when I was in middle school I recorded this really stupid video where I sucked on my lip and it kind of sounded like a marker, so I just drew a little doodle while making that sound and titled it “Marker Sounds”

For some reason (I don’t know why) this character just stuck with me and my friends and we called him Marker Sounds, eventually my best friend ( @bunbunbillion ) and I started brainstorming an undertale inspired rpg but with warioware mini games as the attack phase instead of bullet hell and it would star marker sounds and his two slightly smaller and taller brothers pen sounds (smaller) and pencil sounds (taller) obviously this never went anywhere because we where middle schoolers but we made a bunch of concept art and ideas based around this character so now it’s kind of just a fun thing we like to sneak into unrelated projects as a fun reference. Here’s a sprite sheet she drew back in the day, I hope she doesn’t mind me sharing and mentioning her in this post.

But yeah so, in that RTVS fan art I drew, I believe in the original photo they were holding human dogs, but in my art I replaced them with marker sounds and his brothers.
