July 2020 the beginning of my WW journey!

These are my current pictures at 289.2lbs. Hopefully later these will be my "before" pictures! I'm really nervous to post these but I want to be able to look back on here and see where I came from.

Walked a mile on the treadmill! 30mins at speed 2, starting out slow and will go up on speed later just trying not to over do it.

Lost 2.2lbs in 4 days on WW purple and that's with starting out not knowing how to handle the daily points so I used a good portion of my weeklies. I started on Thursday but want Monday's to be my weigh in day so I went ahead and weighed today not expecting anything but I'm pleasantly surprised!

My CW 291.4 is also my starting weight for MyWW journey.
