Maintaining your dream self
I constantly talk about how important glowing up & leveling up is, but once you obtain your dream self, it’s important to implement small habits into your everyday routine to stay consistent & not fall back into your old ways.
Here’s a list of small, and big things you can do everyday to keep you on track & in tune with your dream self.
Remain Unbothered
There will be people, things, and assumptions against you ! This is just life. It really depends on how you react and carry yourself.
Don’t let people see you sweat. Most malicious people out there are after getting a rise out of you. Obviously, it’s okay to talk to your close friends, but don’t let everyone on social media know what’s going on with you ! They don’t deserve to have access to you & your private emotions.
Let people guess ! People will guess how your life is based off what you give them. If you’re private, put together, and keep to yourself, people will have to guess & not always have the full picture. This way only you will know you. Nobody’s outside opinions, and assumptions will matter, because you’ve kept your private life sacred !
Practice Self Care
This is a huge one, you know this ! Once you’ve mastered your skincare, body care, and hair care routine, get detailed with it ! Research different ways to cleanse, or look for new tools to implement.

REINVENTING MYSELF-Femininity
Simply put, I don’t like the woman I am now. I am a manifestation of my parents neglect, insecurities rooted in me since a child, along with suppressed and very obvious trauma. I want to see better, I want to do better, I want to attract better.
In preparation for spring (the actual “New Year”) I am currently throwing away EVERYTHING and starting completely fresh. Clothes, wigs, sheets, I even thought about tossing my diploma not a soul asked me for (not even school, everything is electronic).

I went deep into depth privately, and I highly suggest you do the same. Sometimes, it helps to have an organized, detail breakdown of who you are, who you want to become, and most importantly who are you leaving behind.

Sick Routine
I’m sick. And I feel awful. I don’t really fall sick often but since I live alone, its more important to take care of myself because no one else will.
Here’s a list of things I do to recover fast.
1. Consume Vitamin C and proteins.
2. Steam your face. If you don’t have a steamer, boil some water on the stove, pour it in another bowl, hold your face over it (put a towel on your head to trap the steam) and BREATHE. Eucalyptus oil is a great addition if you have a blocked nose.
3. Keep your feet warm even if it’s summer. So wear those socks.
4. Eat. You need to eat even if you don’t feel like it. Your body needs it more than ever.
5. Hydrate. Drink teas, green teas, masala chai, anything that’s going to soothe you. Ginger, honey, lemon can be added.
6. For a bad throat, I swear by 1 tsp of turmeric and 1 tbsp of honey. Mix it and eat it. I do this about twice a day, once at night and once in the morning.
7. Eat more soup, curry based rice / noodles, risotto - something that’s not bread. I find bread irritating for my throat.
8. Salt water gargling for a bad throat >>
9. Black tea and cinnamon is a great remedy. Another great remedy is lemon juice, 1 tbsp of honey and warm water.
10. Sleep!! Better to not work out either if you’re feeling really bad. A walk isn’t a bad idea though.
But an issue I thought of immediately when I felt under the weather was - how do I continue my daily habits? I didn’t want to stop being consistent.
So I decided to make it easier.
I allowed myself to take the time off and sleep as much as possible. My eyes felt too heavy to read, so I listened to a short 3 minute podcast instead. I didn’t read in depth articles, I skimmed over the news headlines. I took a 5 minute walk instead of my 1.5 hour gym session. And I didn’t meditate because I didn’t feel like it.
It’s better to take a break and do all you can to recover fully and fast than keep going at full speed and feeling like utter crap for weeks.

Sundays are my favorite day of the week; it's a day just for me and my self-care, resetting, recharging, and preparing for the coming week. I've listed some of my favorite Sunday activities for you to take some inspiration! Happy Sunday, Angels <3
Bake something. I'm making those heart jam cookies today!
Wearing your favorite Pyjamas. Calm and cozy <3
Watching a film or show you love. I'm watching Gilmore Girls.
10k Steps walk. It's a fun challenge I'm doing with my Dad!
Pick outfits for the next week. You can also try styling a piece that you don't wear as often.
Play board games. I don't like using my phone on weekends, so board games with my family are a fun alternative.
Start a new project. Learn a language, start a blog...
Make yourself your favorite Tea. I'm loving peach tea rn. <3
Go for a bike ride. Spending time outside is always nice.
Clean your room. Sunday reset.
Read a book. I'm still reading Bridgerton, lmao.
Skin-care. Take a bath, exfoliate, facemask, all of that!
Catch up on homework/lectures. You will be glad you did.
Take a nap or sleep early. Best advice to feel energetic on Monday.
