Hey man, can there be one video on how to overcome procrastination that doesn’t just boil down to “Hey! We’re all gonna die one day and you have an average of x many hours left to live so you might want to get on that grind now LOL! X3” because all THAT does is make the anxiety that is causing the procrastination in the first place worse

It’s kind of the same logic where to get their child to “get over” a fear they have a parent will threaten or follow through with beating the kid if they cry, but that doesn’t actually get rid of the original fear it just adds another fear that sometimes is strong enough to get them to do what you wanted.
