Flynn let out a laugh as he continued to comment on the size of her feet, “Then again, ducks don’t seem to have any problems. Maybe you should try waddling. They don’t have a problem getting around in the rain.”
He nodded in agreement as Piper mentioned their age gap. She was closer in age with Adam. “But don’t let my fresh face fool you.” Flynn spoke as if he was still hinting that there could be something between them.
"I’ll probably never recovery." Flynn faked a frown, his bottom lip protruding out, "Piper? I’m Flynn. Vinson. I think I’ve seen you around.”
"What you're saying is very true," Piper nodded, adding in a soft chuckle once the image of her waddling around like a duck fully entered into her mind. "Oh man, now that I actually think about it, though, maybe falling all over people is better than waddling around like a duck. I mean, hey! You get to strike up some conversation with new people when you literally fall into them." Piper nudged his shoulder, sending a friendly smile in his direction.
Piper rolled her eyes once again, shaking her head slightly. "Hit me up once you graduate high school, maybe we can go out for some drinks -- I'll get a beer, and you can get some apple juice."
"Vinson? Are you Adam's brother?" Piper pushed her hand through her hair, before turning her gaze to face Flynn. "Let me tell you this... I like you better than him already."
