I sometimes try to see the vision for Elucien and Gwynriel, but honestly, it never makes sense to me. Even if Elucien were to happen, Gwynriel just wouldn't.
The next book is Elain’s book and it makes zero sense for an Archeron sister to share her story with another female character. Let’s be real because no other female character in the series whether it’s Mor, Amren, Gwyn, or Emerie holds the same weight as the Archeron sisters. Feyre and Nesta had their own books, and Elain isn’t going to share hers.
Besides, the foundation for Elriel has been building up for so long with so many significant moments. Both the books and SJM’s CHD interview heavily hint at Elain rejecting the mating bond with Lucien.
Long story short, this is why I am 99.9% confident that Elriel is going to happen.
