After having books for Feyre and Nesta, you cannot tell me we are going to read about Gwyn instead; that's just ridiculous. Thinking she will share a book with Elain is equally foolish. You can’t prove anything by pointing out 'look, Gwyn did this here' or 'she was important there'—she’s just not interesting. Even if she were, that wouldn’t make her an fmc. For example, Amren is 15000 years old, remains deeply mysterious, and has done so many important things, but does that make her an fmc? NO. It’s that simple.
