Pilot!verse

First, we want to apologise for not posting more since their night of nights, but one of the writers involved in this project has been unable to access the Internet.

We’ve been planning profusely and have been bouncing off ideas for weeks and we want to continue past series four if you all still want us to until then. We’re enjoying ourselves immensely and reading your response to our little outburst of creativity. 

You may have noticed that we have started TBB earlier than it’s shown on the blogs. We’ve decided to condense the story quite significantly because we have no interest in making you all wait for years! 

So we won’t be following the exact timelines any more and we may have to pretend that more time has passed than it actually has, but it’s all in the name of making this story right so we hope you don’t mind!

We are so excited, because just this second John’s @pilotjohnwatsonblog hit 1000 followers!

Sherlock’s @pilotscienceofdeduction has just over 750 followers at the moment, and most of the comment blogs (a list of them can be found here) are hovering at the 100 mark.

We are truly having the most wonderful time doing this, it’s so much fun planning how we can make things better for John and Sherlock.

This fandom deserves a win at the moment, and we hope that we can give a tiny bit of joy to people. 

After series 4 of Sherlock ended in a way so many of us were disappointed in, we decided to set up John and Sherlock’s blogs as it would have happened in the pilot universe. Their blogs are:

Today is the 29th January, the day when our boys meet. We can’t wait to start their adventure and show you how it unfolds

The posts that you see will be lifted directly from the official John Watson blog and the Science of Deduction but with some changes that will become important as time goes on.

I suggest when reading the blogs, you go to the official websites and read those too so you can notice the little changes, it’s really fun that way. All of the cases will be the same but as John and Sherlock’s relationship grows there will be some huge differences which should be fun to compare!

The other blogs and commenters are here as well! A list of all of the blogs that are making comments (Mike, Mrs Hudson, Harry etc.) is here so you can track those too if you want to. We want to recreate the entire Sherlock world!

We’re going to be updating this in real time as far as possible. We obviously don’t want to make this last seven years so eventually the posts will be closer together.
