THE FADING LINES! This picture was taken at Yamuna Ghat in New Delhi. The hand in this picture is of an old person at Yamuna Ghat who is famous for collecting things on his self made boat. While taking this shot, I wanted to capture and focus only on the hand of this person telling the old stories of hard work. The rough nails, the ageing lines tells us about a hard life of labour and old age of this person. RUFOUS TREEPIE! This picture was taken in Ranthambore National Park in Rajasthan, India. It was the first day of safari and for the most part of this day I didn't see anything peculiar. I was getting impatient by every minute and the frustration kept on growing. I had sunken back into the seat, waiting for something to happen. Just then the Jeep slowed down and I instantly jumped of my seat eagerly looking around for anything. It was than that I spotted this Rufous treepie sitting on a branch. THE COLD STARE! On the occasion of International Tiger Day, we are posting this picture that I captured in Zone 5 of Ranthambore National park in Rajasthan. The expressions on the face of this tiger and it's cold stare filled me with terror and excitement. I was faraway yet I could feel his stare right at me with my camera pointed towards it. At first I didn't notice the tiger because of the rocky background but soon I noticed the prominent shadows that were forming and realised there's a tiger starting right at us. I was in awe of this frame and at the same time a little nervous! I even got some information about this tiger from the guide. The oar in my hand felt good and I started experimenting with it a little. While experimenting, I put the oar in the sand and started rotating the blade.
