Phoenix Studio Fit

This was at the Artistic Roller Skating World Championships. Playing a giant game of chicken on skates with 18 bodies out there at the same time was sooooo insane but it did turn out pretty cool.

I remember one year where the diagonal move went horribly wrong and we crashed. There were bodies everywhere and a few of us had to go to the hospital.....in Argentina.....the night before we competed. Our team skaters were anywhere between 15 and 83 years old that year.

We fought like family. Could be that half of us were related to at least one other member. Sisters, parents, GRANDPARENTS, uncles, cousins, etc. I still wouldn't trade that time in my life for anything.
