If you haven’t already, check the Announcements channel in the discord + check out the new categories and chats at the bottom of the discord! Each pair will have their own channel to help the mods facilitate easier check-ins and so you don’t have to set up a group DM :)

We are still missing 14 artists in the discord, we emailed the missing artists again on 5/7 (today!) in case you missed the email sent out on 5/4. If you are having issues with your email and wish for an alternate method of receiving the invite please reach out to flubi on tumblr/discord.

If you received the email and no longer wish to participate, please contact us so we know to not bother you anymore.

Everyone who applied should’ve received an email from [email protected]! If you didn’t, there are one of two reasons. Either your email was wrong or flubi is still trying to contact you about something on your application (i.e. flubi sent you a friend request on discord). So please reach out if you didn’t receive an email!! (flubi on tumblr/discord)

Please pay special attention to the instructions on the email, if you don’t follow them then after 2 weeks you will be kicked from the event.

We also want to state it again, if you apply for Pinch Hitter or Beta Reader from this point on, the mod team will check the application form on Mondays and send out invites accordingly. If you apply but no one sends an invite out on the following Monday please reach out!

Missed the deadlines for both artist and writer applications? We still have applications open for pinch hitters and beta readers! Pinch hitters may be called upon to fill in if an artist/writer drops. Each form will be checked on Monday after this point and invites will be sent out on Mondays.

We are accepting pinch hitters and beta readers if you still want to participate! If a writer drops any members of the discord with the pinch hitter role will be pinged and asked if they want to take their place :) and we always appreciate beta readers!

I'd be interested in participating as a podficcer. For minimums in this medium - I feel allowing for podficcing a fragment of the fic (with some set word/audio length minimum) would give enough flexibility for the pair to avoid either one to feel too rushed or limited.

Feel free to DM me if you have additional questions about this medium or brainstorm how it could work in a big bang event. Regardless of your decision - thank you for organizing <3 I'm exited to see what everyone comes up with.
