The subconscious mind is very powerful; it is an invisible software running in the background that influences and controls 90 to 95 percent of your everyday thoughts, feelings, decisions and relationships. The perceptions, old programs, blocked emotions and habits that we take for granted end up shaping our lives, often without us even noticing.
The reality that we experience is not something fixed, separate or external from you; it is a projection from your mind. You do not see the world as it truly is but how you have been conditioned to see it. When you are in a mind-identified state you are no longer free but trapped in unconscious loops of repetition.
You have been hypnotized (seeing reality through a distorted filter) where everything you perceive only reinforces what is familiar and what you believe to be true. Your subconscious is not trying to ruin your life, it is trying to keep you safe with what you already know. This why familiar pain can feel safer than unfamiliar peace.
The good news is that you have the power to reprogram your old, neuro-pathways in your subconscious by consciously substituting your outdated beliefs, masked fears, scripts, unresolved traumas, reacting on autopilot and poor habits with new ones that are more aligned with your authentic self. You don’t manifest what you want, you manifest what you believe your worthy of receiving because part of you has built an entire identity around fear, pain and survival.
You don’t attract what you want, you attract what you are (what you still believe is safe). It is your job is to uninstall the software that is sabotaging you by consciously recognizing the detached observer (from within) and breaking identification with the invisible prison of your limiting thoughts and old patterns. You can do this by creating non-judgemental space between stimulus and response.
The real you is the priceless, hidden treasure of limitless potential that changelessly exists behind the veil of your human persona (body-mind). Real change begins when awareness shines the light on those old, subconscious beliefs and patterns without any guilt, judgement or shame. Realize, you are the ever-present field of universal intelligence (behind your false identity, story and old programming) that effortlessly expresses itself in and around all things.
