Most people go through life with a massive misunderstanding believing that the outside world controls their minds and emotions. When in reality it is their own internal dialogue of the world that is causing most of their personal suffering. The matrix only exists for as long as you believe you are in it. 

The control system does not have power on its own; it only feels real because you keep believing it. Every belief reinforces the system that keeps you stuck. Two people can experience the same event and have totally different experiences (based on their perception about it).  Most of what bothers people isn’t actually happening to them, it’s happening in their minds.

Do not allow the world to dictate your reality and control your emotions.  Emotional reactions bypass logic/reason and hijack your brain.  When you react emotionally you are on autopilot and are reduced to becoming predictable, manipulated and easily controlled.  It’s not what happens to you, it is how you respond to it (become an observer, not a reactor).  Nothing outside of you dictates your internal state of being.  Observe the energy around you, don’t absorb (starve the drama); having peace of mind is your most valuable currency.

The fundamental problem is believing and maintaining the illusion that you are a limited, separate self. The ego (false identity) in us says, “I want to be enlightened (dissolve into oneness), …but not just yet.

In the Now everything can be accessible to us, even our ‘spiritual awakening’. The ‘egoic mind’ (out of fear of it’s annihilation) is afraid of losing control to the path of uncertainty and will try all sorts of tricks, justifications, defense mechanisms and diversions to postpone or avoid dissolving in the ocean of consciousness. The ego will try to convince you that enlightenment is a far fetched goal that can be attained in the future by a seeker (with needed steps, methods, techniques, mindsets or rituals). 

Enlightenment is not an exotic experience that happens to you (the story of your personal self); it is not an achievement, a badge of honour to out-spiritual others (a superior position). The truth is you don’t need to wait to be what you already are. Awakening is not about fixing or improving your individual identity; it is ‘waking up’ from your human dream story and dissolving into Unity Consciousness (Oneness beyond duality). Godliness is your very existence (your innermost core) simply waiting to be discovered’; it is the spacious awareness in which all experiences appear and disappear. All that is required is total surrender to who you are (All-That-Is) right now.

Focus on the silence sense of being: “I am aware and present” before you add any label like “I am a person, my name, my thoughts, my nationality, my political view or my story”. Follow the sense “I” back to it’s source. This quiet feeling of “I am” is the ground in which everything else appears and disappears; it is the same underlying presence that exists in everyone.

You now co-exist simultaneously in two states : as an apparent human being (separate self) and as the unborn, Cosmic I AM (the Self/Absolute) which is the changeless, formless ground of being (abiding in the un-manifested realm beyond space, time, name, form or qualities).

We all came into this world in order to temporarily forget who we really are (an ego-trip away from our God-Self), so that we can really get fully immersed into our creation story (experientially). Getting lost is part of the grand design to eventually find/remember our true nature through the catalyst of personal suffering, disillusionment, separateness and despair (it makes for a good drama).

We have the power to choose freedom from the matrix (narrow frequency band of perception) built on the foundation of rigid rules, fear, misinformation, conformity, consumerism, collectivism, mediocrity, distraction, division, socially accepted norms and conditioning.  

Our present state of consciousness has everything to do with how we perceive, react, feel and experience the world we simultaneously create and live in. Now is the time to reclaim your sovereignty, as conscious creators.

Stay grounded in the seamless flow of the Now by merging with your ‘Cosmic I AM Spirit’ (the un-manifest behind the manifest).   Your mystical journey begins by detaching your sense of self from all thoughts, images, beliefs, labels, habitual tendencies, concepts, struggles, fears, desires, expectations, personal narratives and rigid social conformity.  Have the courage to awaken out of your dream identification with form and disappear completely into the dimensionless space of Infinite Being.

The material world that we live in is nothing more than a convincing, sensory illusion (a dream projection of the mind). God is the formlessness in which all forms appear. Consciousness is not limited to a concept or an object because the object or concept exists within it. At the deepest level, there is no ‘death’, life is simply universal consciousness taking on the short-lived appearances of form (birth and deaths); only the unchanging, living essence remains. 

The ‘Timeless Now’ is all there is and will ever be; it is only the discriminating, conditioned mind that creates the phenomenon of space, time, causality and subjective distinctions - an illusory subject-object split of a before and after (birth/death, past/future, you/other, good/bad, pain/pleasure, predator/prey, light/dark, etc.).

Most people are so busy with the world, they are pulled along by daily life and do not make the time to find out who they really are. The understanding is simple, say to yourself: “I am the changeless awareness that experiences ever-changing thoughts, emotions and physical sensations. The whole world you know appears only because the silent and wordless knowing of ‘I am” is there first. 

It is because I exist that I perceive my thoughts, memories, emotions and sensations. I am when I think, I am when I don’t think; this is my natural state of being. If you have any doubt of that, then you’ve just proven this statement to be true. To disagree or deny this fact, you would have to be there (as a conscious observer) to deny your existence. Being aware of your very existence Is self-evident, without the natural sense of ‘I AM’, nothing can be experienced.”
