  Your highest purpose in life is to awaken from the dream-world of the matrix (the hypnosis of socio-cultural conditioning) and accept your true nature by seeing through the illusory veil of ‘separateness’. Being trapped in dualistic thinking distorts our inner perception, makes us judge, compare, compete, manipulate, dominate, polarize, fear and seek out validation from others.

By creating a gap/space between your thought-stream, you will begin to slow down the mental noise and have more access to the unseen realm of unrealized, pure potential where all everything is possible. Remember who you are, your true origin and the real reason why you are here.

Enlightenment is the shift from your personal identification with the running story of our fictional, separate self back into the undifferentiated being. There is never a time when a ‘person’ will become ‘enlightened’. The illusion does not experience reality, only reality can experience an illusion. A ‘person’ is only a ‘dream character’ (a mind-made creation) that cannot ever truly wake up. The true nature of reality is ‘indivisible’ not individual.

It is in the nature of the undifferentiated, One Life (universal living intelligence) to joyfully express, explore, experiment, experience and expand ITSELF in all ways possible. You are being lived by Life, like a wave is a movement of the ocean. 

Source Energy is the creative, unfolding field of infinite possibilities that had imagined a universe into existence (out of nothingness) and imbued it with meaning.  Why …? Because It can.

You only suffer when you resist; believing life should be perfect according to your mind’s design. Reinforcing the belief that life should different than what it is, will only lead you back to the same pain. 

Non-resistance is letting go of the illusion of separation, personal doership and the need to control life. Surrendering to life is recognizing yourself in every form (as the same underlying consciousness) that allows the space for whatever is appearing. The dream isn’t something that disappears when you awaken, it is something that is seen through by understanding it for what it is.”

Take time to observe your breath, de-clutter your mind and create more impersonal space around your thoughts. In the still and silent gap between your thoughts resides the unseen field of universal intelligence. 

Realize that you are not your passing thoughts; all thoughts are clouds that appear and disappear within the vastness of your sky-like awareness. Go deep within your vastness of your inner being and I will meet you there.

“Unconsciousness is the default setting for the collective mind: fear, automatic judgements, unhealed traumas, recycled stories, the belief in lack/separation and the need to prove or defend a position. Remember that no one can control or change you but they can offer you a vibration to influence you. Your reaction/trigger to someone else’s energy or behaviour is of your own choosing. Do not allow the outside world dictate your inner core frequency. Quantum mechanics tells us that the observer influences reality, if you keep observing the old version/habits of your life you will continue to unconsciously manifest it. You do not attract what you want, you attract what you are (your internal state). Stay grounded as the silent observer and refuse the bait of unnecessary stress, emotional reactivity, intimidation, baggage, conflict and drama.”

You are perceiving passing thoughts within the space of changeless awareness.

Awareness itself never changes; it is only the temporary contents within awareness that changes. The Now is all there is: We are creating both our present and future from the intentions and actions that we are taking in the Timeless Now. It is now or never because the present is the only true time.

When your attention is here, you are present. What you are is already changelessly here, prior to every attempt to reach it. Do not allow your attention to be sucked into the chaos of your endless mental activities and miss the greatest opportunity to tap into the changeless reality of the present moment.

The external world is a mirror reflecting your inner world. To be awake is to realize the One Source is ever-present within in all things; every part of creation is a reflection of the One. You can only change the world by becoming a divine alchemist - transmuting your ego (false self-image) into luminous presence (pure gold).

The fundamental problem is believing and maintaining the illusion that you are a limited, separate self. The ego (false identity) in us says, “I want to be enlightened (dissolve into oneness), …but not just yet.

In the Now everything can be accessible to us, even our ‘spiritual awakening’. The ‘egoic mind’ (out of fear of it’s annihilation) is afraid of losing control to the path of uncertainty and will try all sorts of tricks, justifications, defense mechanisms and diversions to postpone or avoid dissolving in the ocean of consciousness. The ego will try to convince you that enlightenment is a far fetched goal that can be attained in the future by a seeker (with needed steps, methods, techniques, mindsets or rituals). 

Enlightenment is not an exotic experience that happens to you (the story of your personal self); it is not an achievement, a badge of honour to out-spiritual others (a superior position). The truth is you don’t need to wait to be what you already are. Awakening is not about fixing or improving your individual identity; it is ‘waking up’ from your human dream story and dissolving into Unity Consciousness (Oneness beyond duality). Godliness is your very existence (your innermost core) simply waiting to be discovered’; it is the spacious awareness in which all experiences appear and disappear. All that is required is total surrender to who you are (All-That-Is) right now.

Focus on the silence sense of being: “I am aware and present” before you add any label like “I am a person, my name, my thoughts, my nationality, my political view or my story”. Follow the sense “I” back to it’s source. This quiet feeling of “I am” is the ground in which everything else appears and disappears; it is the same underlying presence that exists in everyone.
