(sad my mentor died – such mixed feeling rn)

He help me get gains fr.

It was a brief time but he helped me at a time I didnt want to be alive. I started working out July 8th I believe was the first day I started working out.

He was working on a poetry book I did the cover art for it. I don't think he got the chance to release it before he passed.

When we trained he would read me finished poems and ones he was working on.

I hate that u died. I finally got the muscle up. I found out he passed while I was out of the country. I texted his phone the video of my first muscle up. Then I got a message from his number saying "he is no longer with us. He passed a month ago".
