def been said before but something i find so endearing about galex is that they’ve had every right and reason to be jealous or bad talk one another but they refuse to. when alex was climbing up the ranks and going to redbull while george was in the williams tractor, george seemed genuinely happy for him. and when the pressure was getting too much instead of adding to the criticism george went on that spiel about how great driver alex is. now when the roles reversed and alex is going through the horrors, he still shows constant support for george and will always choose him as his championship pick. in conclusion, they will always back each other and i find that beautiful (also screw williams)
LIKE. it absolutely tears me up that we’ve never gotten to see them truly compete with one another in f1 but something that fascinates me is exactly this. like even when they were competing somewhat in earlier series (forgive me i dont remember all the exact details off the top of my head but i know that there was competition there) they still have been able to maintain such a close friendship and it’s sooooo. like they had dinner together the other week. whatever. i’m always saying this but they literally like each other SOOOOO MUCH and it makes me feel like im being killed with hammers. we’re rpfing but in a way galex is more real than you or i or anyone else can even comprehend and we know because they tell us that every day. like whatever !!!!!
