i’m writing this as my squidward plush’s eyes look at me in great dissatisfaction. i think he knows what’s about to go down.

what’s the best and worst idea you could possibly think of? who, if you could throw them in a blender together, would make a tasty, shit-smelling chunky smoothie? what dynamic (and disastrous) duo could possibly make, and ruin, the ENTIRE month of october?

brook @spookyscarydnp and i @phaddy are kind of like fire and more fire. we’re very similar and strong independently, but when we join together we really burn down some nursing homes. gnarly.

which is good for us, but sucks for you! (sorry g-ma)

so what do fire and fire do when they join forces? they get lit at 3 am and make tumblr events! (un)fortunately no nursing homes involved.

you’ve heard of the @phandomgames, right? of course you have. that things been going on for years. (if you haven’t, though, it’s an biannual event for phandom members, in which teams of people compete in art, writing, edits, music, etc. challenges to returned the ULTIMATE WINNER) well brook and i have decided to just yoink their concept into a smaller, shittier version of that.

but what ARE we doing here?

brook and i have composed (just barely) a smaller version of the phandomgames (stated above) purely for dnp shitposts. yeah, you heard that right. we want your shittiest, grungiest, most confusing memes you’ve got. make brook and i pee our pants. we dare you.

we’ll be giving you prompts, each round, and it’s your choice to translate them into aforementioned categories. go WILD.

the first round starts on october 27, second on october 29, and third on october 31st. you’ll be broken into ten teams of 5-10 depending on how many signups we get, and you’ll work together to send in the best shitposts you’ve got, which we’ll score. when each round is over, the bottom three teams will be eliminated, and after round 3, one team will remain. the six categories in this version will be hunt, edits/image memes, textpost memes, vines (<6 sec video memes), art, and (crack fic) writing.
