The Ellimist alpha demo of The Semliin-Shorm Chronicles is incoming!
It will be a 'walking sim' in which the other characters and events are mysteriously missing, leaving the player to explore the map, interact with the planet, test UI and tiles, and spot bugs.
Also! Would anyone like to contribute some artwork to the final project?
Your work would appear in computer files belonging to various characters and contribute to the feel of the world. I would recommend looking through the tag to get a sense of the appearance of the planet and the characters, rendered in your own style.
Artwork guidelines:
Images can be any dimensions up to 600x600 pixels.
Characters should resemble their design from my artwork (in terms of eyestalks and ears).
The piece can be as detailed or as simple as you want. Landscapes, abstract art, doodles, character art and studies are welcome.
