It’s a new LW for me
So I have been trying something different for the last month because I kept going back and forth between 138-132 lbs but now I’ve gotten to 126lbs all while being consistent and without binging so I thought I would share.
I only workout on the days I want to and I don’t walk an excessive amount because it’s cold and I don’t want to get sick or injure myself. When I do workout it’s for 20-30 minutes and I use the Nike Training app and I do the beginner to intermediate exercises with a focus on weight exercises (it doesn’t bulk you and I am so nervous of losing muscle mass). My arms are the thing I hate the most and I’ve lost about an inch off each side because of this. They’re also firmer and when my boyfriend grabs me they’re no longer wibbly wobbly. He’s mentioned that I look a little different and that my face is slimmer. I have a super chubby baby face and its so hard to have visible weight loss there so I’m super happy!
To avoid binging I high restrict. Like... ~1400 calories a day when I do no activity and ~1500 when I exercise. I eat a lot of protein to also help with keeping muscle and not losing fat and a lot of veggies. A typical day is pretty much:
Breakfasts (80-300 cals)
1 boiled egg (protein babies) ~ 80 cals
Chia seeds + soy milk (with added calcium) + oats + protein powder (no sugar! Check the ingredients of them because some are super high in sugar) ~ 300 cals
Lunch (300-400 cals)
Boiled egg + some baby potatoes + a big bowl of spinach (iron baby- got to get the nutrients)
Dinner (~750 cals)
A mix of frozen veggies my current favs are:
Edamame, broccoli, brussel sprouts, carrots, peas, cauliflower ~300 cals
+
Lentils: red/ green/ brown about half a cup ~250 cals
Or
Chickpeas: they’re so high cal it makes me want to cry but they’re really satiating and are high in protein and fibre ~ 350 cals
On the days I don’t have a big breakfast or any breakfast I have a snack of frozen rasberries, honey and cinnamon all smushed together for about 100 cals
I walk soooo little every day. Like on average 5000 steps a day but I haven’t binged and on some days I eat less than that but every week that number gets lower and I can’t wait to just stick to it and lose even more. I have holidays coming up and then I will be running more and working out more. But my hair is still nice and I don’t feel exhausted throughout my days but I am actually losing weight consistently and I’ve stopped losing and gaining the same 5 pounds.
This summer is going to be a skinny one if this keeps going ✨

Seeing as my weight can literally range about a kilo from morning to evening I think maybe 54kg might be where I want to get just so like even with the whole day going by I can still feel ~skinny~

Gonna be an actual hot girl summer and I cannot wait for it!!! End of April I will be *slimmer* and I would lost the 7-8 kilos needed for there to be visible face weight-loss apparently

I feel bad. My boyfriend wanted to know more about what I’m doing in terms of eating because I can’t hide it while I’m there with him and he got quite upset about the whole thing. I just really want to get to 55 before stopping
