i dont even like eating so why do i keep doing it
i can lowk feel myself slipping further and further into this rabbit hole of numbers and obsession
which is kinda scary bc i don’t even know when i crossed that line but i’ll be damned if i let this thing affect my brain and body and im still fat
like if it’s gonna permanently affect my life i better be skinny by the end of it
i usually make an effort to talk about food in a good way to others like “oh i’m craving ___ so bad” or “___ sounds so good rn” (obv not and i wouldn’t even go near it) but i lowk need to stop bc 1) talking like that makes me feel so big and 2) i think it’s made me actually start eating more and feeling like it’s okay to give into cravings like that
so i’ll stop bringing food up and hopefully they won’t think about it
and if i crave something instead of trying to substitute with something that ultimately ends in a binge, i just have to fight and avoid it

i cant feel the hunger in my stomach over the loud overwhelming ache and feeling of disgust coming from the same place
i dont even know what it feels like to “eat normally” anymore
only eating every other day feels normal now and whenever i eat more than once a day i feel like a pig
i can’t even remember what i used to eat in a day
eating anything at all feels disgusting now
I wish I could go back to the beginning when I could skip meals and lose weight freely because no one had noticed a difference yet
now all of a sudden everyone’s favorite topic is food and losing weight and they’re always checking on me asking if I lost weight and how much I’ve eaten today
I know you don’t actually care, stop acting like it bc its so annoying. All you care about is making sure I stay fat mind your own business about what I eat and how much of it.

watching death note and eating low cal chips, life is great
reading shoujo manga and all i can think is just “i want to be small like the mc” “i want someone to look at me like this” “the mc is so thin and cute, i want to be like this”

this part of the song plays in my head on loop whenever I think about eating something i shouldn’t or anything at all
and it keeps me going because my biggest fear is going back to how i was before and losing all of my progress
yesterday i thrifted some cute shorts for summer that are tight on me right now
that way 1) i can watch them get smaller on me as i keep going and 2) it’s like an easily visible reminder of my goal
