I've said it before and I'll say it again. We need a "This is absolutely NOT mature content" feedback button on posts. You can report a post as missing a community label. We should also be able to report posts as having a comminity label when they dont fucking need one.

but like lestat's cataclysmic emotional spiral isn't really about the things he believes the book got wrong but about the things he knows it got right... like none of the things he's accused louis of lying about so far seem meaningful enough to him to warrant this kind of reaction. and it's easier for him to be angry at these relatively minor lies and omissions than to sit with the shame of having ruined his own life by failing his loved ones so horrifically. like despite the talamasca's involvement and louis not wanting the book to be published, there's no way for lestat not to think of the book's release as the person he loves most seeing him as he really is, seeing a monster, and exposing it to the entire world
