this sounds like actual Hell

Don’t worry, there are no stupid questions when it comes to understanding your body! You totally can use the bathroom with a tampon in. But the catch is, if you get ~things~ on the tampon string, you should change it because bacteria from your pee/poop can lead to infection. 

Not to worry, we all have problems like this at some point! At least you won’t make the same mistake again! ♥
