Action packed day of events for both our boxers and Muay Thai athletes. Tonight sees 15 of the boxers competing in the annual show organised by the Rotunda. This is set to be a night of exciting boxing with some very talented athletes on display. It will also shows how much time and hard work the coaches put in to help these guys develop. Also one of our Thai fighters competed earlier in the day. Unfortunately he didn't come away with the win but had a very close fight and will become a better fighter as a result. Our fighters are hard at work preparing for a number of upcoming bouts. On Saturday we have 3 boxers competing in Liverpool, the following week one of our fighters competes up in Glasgow and in 3 weeks we have a big event in Jersey where 4 of our Muay Thai athletes are fighting. Also after his English title win two weeks ago our boxer has received some excellent news. He has been chosen for the English team and will be competing in Russia in November at the world championships. In good company. Yesterday we received some fantastic news from one of our diabetic clients. Not only has he maintained a healthy hba1c figure for over a year but it has dropped. He is now so close to being medication free! Although we provided the knowledge he would not have come this far without an incredible support system.
