so every adult I’ve ever asked for advice on how to not procrastinate has said stuff along the lines of “you just gotta do the thing, and practise doing the thing, and the more you practise it the better you get at just doing things you don’t want to” and I mean that’s probably valid advice but the major problem is that it goes off the assumption that I already have some capability to do things I don’t wanna do. it’s like. if I can’t do a chin-up, and I need advice on how to be able to do one, saying “you just gotta do it, and the more you practise doing chin-ups the more you’ll be able to do” is really not very helpful because it goes off the assumption that I can already do at least one chin-up. I don’t need advice on how to be able to do more chin-ups; I need advice on how to work my way up to being able to do a chin-up at all, period.

First day of the 1500 pull-ups in a month challenge! I did this last year and it was harder then. This video was on the first day of the challenge.
